Alright, Free Agents and each team's cap space is now up. Not like there are any decent FA's though.

King_Lebron, actually, the Nuggets are #1. 7-1 > 8-2...

I tried a lot of different things, but there is no way to get Bosh with those players. Possible trades:

Wade for Bosh
Shaq + 1st round pick for Bosh + Nesterovic

Trade Rumors

The Raptors offered Center Rasho Nesterovic (70) for Cavs Guard Eric Snow (69). Also, the Cavs have received five offers for Forward Donyell Marshall (76). Brendan Haywood (76), Josh Childress (75), Chris Kaman (78), Primoz Brezec (71) and Nazr Mohammed (76) were offered.

Also, Primoz Brezec (71) and Bob Sura (69) were offered to Portland for Center Joel Pryzbilla.

A trade between Miami and Toronto has fell through. The Heat, not willing to give up Wade were pursuing Power forward Chris Bosh; offering Shaq, other players and draft picks for Rasho Nesterovic (to balance salaries) and the young star forward. The Raptors felt not enough was being offered and trade talks ended. The Heat, who started 1-8 were in need of a chance. The 3-1 week may change that.

The one trade that did happen was a minor one. Portland traded seldom used Point Guard Dan Dickau to the Raptors for young SF Joey Graham. This trade does not make sense for the Raptors, who have an adequate starting PG in TJ Ford, and a great backup in Jose Calderon. However, Ford is on the trading block, and may be sent elsewhere in the near future.

Hey 3-point king; welcome to the forums. I'll add you to the waiting list. However, since the Pistons are the top team in the East, I doubt they will be available since you can only switch to one of the league's 5 worst teams...

Drex: Nobody wants K-Mart. His contract is the worst in the league imo.

In a shocking move, the Milwaukee Bucks and Portland Trailblazers have agreed on a huge blockbuster trade.

Milwaukee gets:
G-F Martell Webster (71)
F Raef LaFrentz (73)
C Joel Pryzbilla (75)

Portland gets:
G Maurice Williams (81)
F-C Brian Skinner (73)
F-G Ruben Patterson (71)

NBA analysts wonder if Milwaukee's GM was high, but the trade went through. The fact that Patterson and Skinner are expriing contracts just makes the trade seem even worse for Milwaukee. However, Guard Martell Webster's extremely high ceiling may be worth the sacrifice.

great trade for the blazers i don't think leFrentz and webster can offer anything offensively or defensively, although pryzbilla might. I am really considering that the bucks GM was smoking sum physco sh@#. The Blazers will largely improve from the inside presence of skinner and patterson and the solid game of maurice williams @ the guard spot
