Good job, hopefully u get on a win streak Laughing

Hope so...

Well after the first half I was afraid he would do major damage to my team in the second and score about 50+ points overall

Well I really like the minutes I'm playing. I have been playing them since I got 2003 live...I'll try to make the stats better...

No Iverson, no win…

We owned ‘em!

New Orleans 103, Philadelphia 100

Hornets get their second win in a row. It was their second game in New Orleans.
76ers Samuel Dalembert had his best game this season. Scoring 20 points(team-high), grabbing 14 rebounds, blocking 5 shots. Still sixers were unable to win due to injuries. Allen Iverson and Chris Webber were hurt and couldn’t play much minutes. Sixers lost their 5th game in a row.
The Hornets game was really improved. Bench players, J.R, Macas, Bass played greatly either offense or defense. Snyder was a big help for Chris Paul who scored 24 points. Mason and Brown were doing great stuff also. Only problem for the Hornets was they’re free-throws. They missed 10 of 17 three-throws. Still 3rd quarter’s run lead them to a big win. Even the 76ers tried to make something like that in the last quarter…

Goodbye, J.R.

New Orleans 108, Atlanta 102

The New Orleans Hornets won third straight game in a row… This time the victim was the Atlanta Hawks…
There’s also one big news. The Hornets traded J.R. Smith to Phoenix for Boris Diaw.
The Hornets were playing lower leveled all game long except the 4th quarter… They scored 38 points and shut out Atlanta Hawks.
Chris Paul scored a career-high 28 points, Kirk Snyder added 21...
Diaw played all 8 Suns’ games(4 in starting lineup).
Chris Paul:”I’m glad about this, Diaw will contribute a lot for us…We really needed some great help from Swingmen and I think this is gonna be a big help…

Ford’s performance wasn’t enough…

Macas had his best game this season, 15 points, 9-9 ft’s…

New Orleans 99, Milwaukee 94

The Hornets showed amazing stuff this Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks.
Diaw had his Hornets-debut scoring 18 points and grabbing 6 rebounds. Snyder was big also with 19 points and 4 rebounds. But the biggest start was Chris Paul with 16 points, 9 assists and 6 steals…The Hornets started the game slowly, but after changing the defensive system scored 28 points while Milwaukee only 11!!!
This was the best quarter for the Hornets still, the Bucks tried something at the third and the fourth, but Hornets were able to hold them off and still attack in great tempo.Hornets biggest problem was again free-throws. Even Macas made 9 of 9 ft’s the teams percentage was really weak, firstly because of Kirk Snyder and Boris Diaw they both missed 8 ft’s(team missed 9). Snyder[u] only 1 of 6, [u]Diaw 6 of 9. So the bigger problem is Snyder which must improve his free-throw shooting if he wants to help his team to win…

TJ went 2-11 from downtown.. pretty weak !

Hey people!!!
This is a 11-game update for my dynasty, I played all the games till the all-star weekend and made a big 11-game update. I was really tired of playing game by game and recaping them that way. But after this update I will continue the earlier work... Enjoy!!

Sophomores too strong for Rookies…

Image
As the title states…

Rookies 102, Sophmores 109

The biggest surprise was on the Rookies team, Johan Petro. Player who wasn’t showing great stats in the season, but picked for the game, cause he’s the best of rookie’s centers, showed amazing performance. Scoring 15 points, collecting 13 rebounds(team-high), and dishing out 4 assists. But individual performance weren’t enough to beat the sophomores, who started the game slowly, but managed to stand back, and roll for the win.
The rookies started the game by collecting a 10 point lead. Knocking down two 3’s and playing good basketball in the paint. They were dominating till the second half, when Emeka Okafor and Dwight Howard started the big comeback. They both scored 15 in that quarter, T.J. Ford and Ben Gordon helped a lot too.
They narrowed the gap to 3 points and ended the 3rd quarter with a danger signal to the rookies. Sophmores tried to brake the rookies lead in the 4th, but they were unable to do it, because of great game by Andrew Bogut and Martell Webster. Still when the 4th quarter reached it’s final minute, T.J. Ford made a 3 pointer, destroying rookies lead. Then after rookies’ turnover, Gordon nailed another 3. Rookie’s couldn’t run the plays and were fouling fastly. They weren’t able to score any point in the last minute, and the Sophmores got their victory…
T.J. Ford was announced the rookie-sophmore game MVP.
