Chicago meets the new Sonics

Image

Sonics won

The Game
The game began like never before, Seattle started loosing to Chicago by ten points in the first minutes. But somehow Sonics started running successful plays and knocking down threes to get the lead at the end of the 1st quarter. Wade was doing really good like he would really want to win this time. Maggette helped him and Brown was really a success. At 2nd then House entered the court he was an explosion extending Sonics` lead to 15 points. He was knocking down shots and passing, he was doing everything a PG really needs. At the 2nd half Sonics played very focused and ready. Didn`t gave up the lead and at the last minutes Arvydas Macijauskas entered the court. Knocked down a three pointer and two foul shots to guarantee the lead. Kwame Brown scored 14 points and cought 7 rebounds. Andrew Bogut was playing like the best center blocked 11 shots scored 10 points and rebounded 10 boards, that’s a triple-double. Wade scored 33 points and blocked 3 shots. He was the key to success. But also I have to mention that Chicago Bulls` Chris Duhon scored his carrer-high 41 points, 7 assists. Kirk Hinrich 4 steals, 21 points.

Kenny Smith:Good evening Mr.Bob and welcome to our studio.

Just like you would address like a President as "President Bush...President Clinton" It's common to refer coaches as Coach Weiss...Coach Riley... That's a minor correction but it's common practice to call them Coach...ie Coach Carter...

and yes, jxuusa I am insane but if I weren't you wouldn't dig such a cool dude as in myself

The new team

Kenny "The Jet" Smith invited head coach of Seattle Super Sonics Stan Van Gundy to talk about his new team.

Kenny Smith:Hello coach Stan.
Stan Van Gundy:Hello Kenny.
KS:So tell us the truth, what is happening in your team right now.
SVG:Well that`s nothing really secret.I can just say that coach Weiss won`t be in the NBA anymore because he has really big problems.
KS:Could you tell us what are the problems?
SVG:Well I don`t know myself.I told you what I heard.
KS:Do you like your team?
SVG:Yes, very.We are already known with Dwyane and we are continuing his imporvement in shooting.I`m happy to know Corey he`s a great man, also i`m happy about the rookies they are going to be great stars in the future!
KS:What could you tell us about the community?
SVG:Well there are great people, I haven`t time to meet them all you know and well I can`t say anything right now at this topic.
KS:Will you win the next game against Philadelphia?
SVG:Well I think yes we really need it.
KS:Ok last question. What was the biggest problem that you lost the first games?
SVG:it was rookie`s non-experience...

Mon Jan 02, 2006 1:43 am

Wow, yes I was at the game last night...although the Sonics lost...at least they made a good run at the end...

Unfortunately, I don't think NBA Live will ever have introductions with these important assets!:

Sorry about the fuzziness, I was way up and the zoom lens on my digicam basically made this the closest I can get.

Something I noticed in terms of your 'English tips' here. You're mixing up loser and looser. Loser is someone who loses a lot of games...

...looser is someone who's been having uncommitted sex more that you and I combine!

The Game
Pistons were making a beautiful streak before that game. They were 6-1 4 win streak. Sonics knew that it will be tough and they were ready. The game start was better to Seattle they scored 14 points while Detroit scored only 4. Sonics were rebounding sharing the ball blocking defending and scoring. They were like a bomb. But slowly Detroit was destroying the lead, and they managed to take it at the end of the 3rd. But then Wade fired up and tied the score to end the 3rd. In the fourth Sonics were really powered up and took the lead in the first seconds.Wade flushed some dunks and Browns` hooks were unbelievable. They entered the last minute with a 8 point lead. Detroit was fouling, but Sonics were shooting fouls better then ever and Detroit couldn`t do anything about it. Even Billups scored 33 points still they lost and Sonics raised their win number.

Sonics` worst game, no problem…
Image

Sonics won

The Game

Both teams Seattle and Boston played their worst games in the season. Boston could win if only their players would played more inside than outside game. Sonics were shooting very poorly, but the Celtics weren`t better at all. The game started explosively for Seattle. They scored many points at the beginning at it was smelling an easy win. But suddenly after the first half, they started miss lay-ups and even open mid-range shots. They were shooting very poorly, but Boston didn`t used the situation and didn`t took the lead. Maggette woke up from the last game and scored 19 points. Wade had only 16. The player of the day was Arvydas Macijauskas who scored 24 points and saved the team from a really bad situation. He nailed the last free-throws for a 6 point lead and Boston gave up.
