A trade is on the horizon, possible involving a player from Boston. It involves the signing of a player in order to complete the trade.

Pistons Firing on all Cylinders
Chauncey Billups and his Detroit Pistons beat the Bucks in a tight game.

Despite great games from
Michael Redd and Al Jefferson, Milwaukee could not overrun the Detroit Pistons, led by Chauncey Billups with 19 points, 6 assists and 2 steals.

Michael Redd has his best game of the season, scoring 29 points on 9-16 shooting, including 8-12 from downtown. Al Jefferson had 8 rebounds and
4 blocks, acting like a pylon in defence, yet could not restrict Rasheed Wallace from scoring, who had 11 points.

Tayshaun Prince defended Kyle Korver well, keeping him to just 5-15 shooting, and whilst Billups scored 19, Ford was good in defence in transition, adjusting shots and getting the offensive foul called on him.

Gadzuric once again had a
good game off the bench, and is a strong 6th Man contender early on in the season.

Milwaukee's next game is against Zach Randolf and his Trailblazers.

Trail Blazers Run Rampant Over Bucks
Miles and Telfair blazed through the defence of the Bucks in a low scoring game.

Portland, despite shooting only 36.6% from the field, came away with an 11 point win over Milwaukee. The Blazers shot 18-21 from the charity stripe to take them over the line, as the Bucks did not go to the stripe once, and shot only 3-19 from three-point range.

Korver was 1-9, and Redd 2-8 from long range, as Milwaukee committed 17 turnovers, and only 3 steals.
Darius Miles led Portland with 3 steals, and Telfair led all scorers with 15 points.

Bogut had
10 points, and Ford had 8 assists and 4 points on perfect shooting, however once again Ford's defence let him down, allowing Telfair to take 11 shots. Al Jefferson led the rebounding with 7 rebounds, yet did not block a shot.

Kyle Korver, whilst shooting terribly, had his
first block of the season on a transition fast break. Michael Redd joined him later on in the game to record his first block, in the same situation.

The next game for Milwaukee is against Allen Iverson and his 36'ers.

Bucks win in Overtime thriller.
It took two games, and two overtimes for Milwaukee to finally overcome the Sixers.

Bucks were down 15 points coming into the fourth quarter, yet due to a miraculous display of shooting from Korver, Milwaukee managed to come from behind to get the game into overtime.
Not yet 20seconds into overtime, Milwaukee scores their first bucket, only to have the game go to shit, continuing to film from the nose-bleed section. (you know the shitty bug im talking about...where the camera angle goes to where you cant play anymore) Not standing for any of this, the game was reset and had to be played once more.

Kyle Korver had a career game, and Iverson was scoring at will. Once again the game went into overtime, yet Kyle Korver could not be stopped.

Korver was out to prove a point to his old club, prove to them that he should never have been traded, and he did it with style. Shooting 10-22 from downtown, Kyle racked up a
career high 34 points and walked all over ex-Buck Bobby Simmons. Steven Hunter, also involved in the trade that sent Bobby Simmons and Jiri Welsch to Philadelphia, had 6 points and a block against his old club, whilst Bobby Simmons had 11 points and 2 steals. Jiri Welsch was non-existent in this game.

Allen Iverson was showing why he has four scoring titles to his name, scored 29 points and could shoot it from anywhere. He successfully made the
outside shot, whilst also taking it into the paint to make difficult lay-ups, and also made it to the charity stripe.

Kyle Korver really made the difference in this game, not only shooting from outside but also stealing the inbounds pass in clutch minutes for easy points. He scored many of his points in the fourth quarter to keep the Bucks within range, and scored the final bucket of the fourth quarter with under 10 seconds left to bring the game into OT.

In the third quarter, whilst going for a block, forward
Al Jefferson sprained his thumb. Expected to be out for 3 weeks, he will miss 2-3 games depending on his recovery. Luckily Milwaukee has a deep front court, yet may have to sign some extra help during Jeffersons injury.

Andrew Bogut had a good game with
6 points, 5 rebounds and 3 blocks. Bogut is leading the league in blocks by a large margin.Ford had great touch, adding 8 assists, including a nice ally-oop to Bogut.

Milwaukee, for the first time, had a bench who performed well, lead by
Dan Gadzuric (6 points 7 rebounds 2 blocks) they scored 20 valuable points and could perform well enough under pressure to give the starting 5 a rest. Davis was good with 7 points, and Kukoc helped when Jefferson went down.

Gadzuric and Bogut Propel Bucks to Win
Milwaukee overcomes Sacramento in Heritage Week.

Beginning on December 26th, the NBA hosts a popular week known as Heritage week, where the teams playing have to wear jerseys from the 1970's.
These are their respective jerseys for the game.

In the first game since Al Jefferson sprained his thumb, Milwaukee proved they can still put on a good show without him, beating Sacramento with a tremendous third quarter.

Gadzuric and Bogut were the difference makers, Bogut with

19 points, 6 rebounds and 5 blocks, whilst Gadzuric had 9 points, 7 rebounds and 5 blocks off the bench. Steven Hunter did not play extremely well in Jefferson's absence, only scoing 5 points, yet blocked 3 shots.

Korver and Redd continued their spectacular form, combining for 32 points, and only 1 turnover.

Peja Stojakovic had
21 points, and was shooting over anyone who tried to stop him. Shareef also had a good game, grabbing 7 rebounds and had 10 points. Brad Miller and Mike Bibber were non-existent, scoring only 9 points and 3 assists between them.

Milwaukee's bench only scored 9 points, all from Gadzuric, whilst the Kings had 12 points from 5 contributors. Mo Williams had
2 steals and 2 assists off the bench, and Garcia form Sacramento also had 2 steals and 2 points.

Milwaukee take on Chicago next match, at home.

Milwaukee takes over in the Fourth
With Jefferson still hampered by injury, the Bucks handled the pressure.

Jefferson was cleared to play hours before the tip-off, nearly 2 weeks prior to his anticipated return, and started alongside Andrew Bogut. Unfortunatly, he was not fully healed yet and didnt score or get a rebound.

Gadzuric took the brunt of Jeffersons minutes, yet only grabbed 3 rebounds. Bogut had a game high 8 rebounds and

scored 13 points. Also in double figures were the regular high-scorers, Michael Redd and Kyle Korver.
Michael Redd was important in the fourth quarter, scoring some clutch points to cement the lead.

T.J. Ford had a match winning game, with 9 assists and a career high 6 steals. He combined well with the team, including a great alley-oop to Gadzuric.

Chris Duhon led a balanced scoring attack for the bulls, with 10 points on 4-17 shooting. Chandler had a good game down low in the post, with 9 points and 7 rebounds.

Milwaukee has another home game next week against Atlanta, improving highly as the season progresses. Hopefully Al Jefferson will be healed enough to play.

Korver gets Bucks over the line
A final quarter burst gives Milwaukee their fourth win in a row.

Coming into the fourth, it seemed as though Atlanta would walk away with the win, yet Korver would be having none of that.
Al Jefferson was truly back form injury, however not quite picking up where he left off.
Whilst he had 7 points, he only grabbed 1 rebound and blocked 2 shots.

Joe Johnson was incredible in his new point guard position, shooting 26 points and was just too tall for T.J. Ford, allowing him to shoot over him without fear of being blocked.

Many of Kovers 28 points came from
downtown, as he shot 8-13 from long range, 10-18 in total. He was helped along by T.J. Ford, who had 8 assists and the quick transition game implemented by Terry Stotts.
Michael Redd was having
trouble getting in the game, shooting only 9 points on 2-9 shooting, and was only 50% from the charity stripe.
Andrew Bogut continued his ROTY form, with 9 points 6 rebounds and 3 blocks.

Josh Childress was exciting,
dunking through traffic, whilst Donta Smith had 9 points without missing a shot. The match-up between the two Al's was won by Harrington, who had 7 rebounds. Atlanta shot 67% from downtown, Milwaukee shot 50%.
Atlanta's bench was superior to the Bucks, as
Dan Gadzuric did not show he previous form and only had 6 points and 4 rebounds.

With any luck, Milwaukee with have their next game against Orlando in the bag before the fourth quarter.

Ricky Davis is welcomed to Milwaukee.

While Jefferson was out resting his sprained thumb, the Milwaukee Bucks entertained the idea of signing a replacement forward, one Marcus Haislip, to help carry the load with Jefferson out.

A team following this move very closely was Boston, a team in need of some strong forwards. They knew that once Jefferson was fit to come back into the lineup that Haislip would be on the trading block, and they wanted a piece of the young blocking and rebounding machine.

With enough depth to handle the loss, Boston spoke to Milwaukee about trade involving Marcus Haislip and someone else, for Ricky Davis, a guard averaging 7.8 points and 1.4 rebounds in the season.
Within the day, Milwaukee responded to the enquiry with an offer of Marcus Haislip and Joe Smith for Ricky Davis, an offer that was accepted overnight.

All that was left was the signing of Marcus Haislip, and that went without trouble. He was happy knowing he was going to Boston, and was looking forward to the extended minutes he would be getting there, rather than in Milwaukee.

The Milwaukee Bucks would like to welcome Ricky Davis to our organisation, and look forward to his contribution to the team.

Milwaukee vs. Orlando

Milwaukee waits again until 4th to Win
Two games in a row the Bucks have won in the clutch.

With Ricky Davis sparking it up off the bench, Milwaukee looked to continue their winning streak and beat Orlando at home.
For the second game in a row, the Bucks waited until the fourth quarter to win, and it was only by a small margin, 2 points.

With Ricky Davis now the focal point in offence when the second unit comes on, Dan Gadzuric will now see a drop in points, yet possibly a raise in assists. He had 2 assists today, along with a low 2 rebounds and 6 points, and will hopefully increase those numbers soon.
In contrast, Ricky Davis had no trouble adapting in his first game with Milwaukee,
scoring 9 points in his debut.

Kyle Korver and Michael Redd once again were the stars, with Korver adding 20 points, and Redd 11. With Ricky Davis taking some defensive pressure off, Michael Redd was able to relax a little, and perfom some dazzling moves, schooling defenders with round-the-back layups. Korver shot 67% from beyond the arc. Andrew Bogut had a career high 6 blocks, as well as 6 rebounds yet only 3 points.

Dwight Howard was
injured this game with a broken toe, a factor weighing heavily in Milwaukees favour. To make up for Dwights injury, Orlando had Jameer Nelson step up and be the major scorer, who had 19. The little jumping-jack, Steve Francis was as active as ever, dunking over anyone in his way.

With the young, yet succesful New York Nicks next up, Milwaukee looks to continue their 5 game winning streak on their way to becoming genuine playoff contenders.

just checked this out for the first time, i like your squad with korver shooting the threes and ricky coming off the bench, i like the idea of linking the screens from the recap, think i might do that in my Knicks Dynasty

Sat Dec 24, 2005 11:11 am

hey lax darko is coming along fine. But I decided to raise his stam from 18 to 38 on the edit player screen. The reason I did so was because EA sports base stam on the minutes a player plays a game. But the reason he didnt get more than 1min a game was because darko was in that rookie hater Larry Brown's Dogg House for the past 2 years. but during this years pre season he adv. over 22 min a game. So if i want to play darko longer that 3min without his stam bar already being down to 1/3. Darko jump went up from 35 to 40 at im only at the all star break. Darko get about 1 block and 2 reb than then he used to so yeah you should work on boguts jumping as soon as you can. It will help him dunk easier too.

p.s i got tired of wayne313 so changed my name to Mr. Big Shot so if you were like who the hell is this its still me!

NyK Youngsters Annihilate Milwaukee
The 12-4 Knicks continue improving on their last dismal season.

In what is definately the surprise of the season, the New York Knicks are dominating on court. Their youngsters combining with the experience of Marbury, and their deep bench rattling the opponents.

New York's
bench combined for 18 points, with all but one player scoring. Whilst the Bucks had 16 points from their bench, 12 was from the recently acquired swingman Ricky Davis, obviously having no trouble fitting into the new team. He was dunking from the baseline, posterizing the opponent, and even slamming down windmills in traffic.

The trio of Korver,
Redd and Davis scored 42 of Milwaukee's 53 points, the loss of scoring by the rest of the team was a large factor in todays loss. Gadzuric had 4 blocks off the bench, yet only 2 rebounds and 2 points. Jefferson only had 3 points on 1-8 shooting, and 5 rebounds. Andrew Bogut joined him with 5 rebounds. He also had 4 points.
Kyle Korver showed everyone why he is the
leagues leading scorer, and had 19 points, 18 from downtown.

Larry Brown's influence on New York obviously started early on in the season, no doubt his coaching playing a major part in their unrelenting success.
Stephon Marbury excelled in his new system, scoring 22 points, however it was only on 24% shooting.
The little man, Nate Robinson, had 6 points and 2 steals, and was exciting to watch as he
dunked over the Bucks.
Eddy Curry had 8 points, 5 rebounds and a block, with Antonio Davis having a game high 10 rebounds.

As Milwaukee's winning streak came to an end, they will be full of a new passion next game against Chris Bosh and his Raptors.

Bucks run all over Raptors
Milwaukee plays great Defence to outplay Toronto.

It was over by the end of the first quarter, the score was 21-6 and Toronto did not look capable of scoring on any of their trips up the court. Milwaukee's defence played as well as it ever has, and kept Toronto's FG percentages extremely low, as well as denying them shots in the paint.

On the offensive end, the Bucks were also excellent in the first quarter, shooting 7-9FG, including 3-4 from downtown.
As the game progressed, Toronto's defence started to gel and kept Milwaukee to 14-42 shooting, including 2-9 from 3-point range.

Milwaukee won the battle of the boards, 27 to 17, led by Andrew Bogut with a career high 10 rebounds, and nearly grabbing his first
double-double.
He had 8 points to go with his 10 rebounds, and also 4 blocks.

T.J. Ford had 4 assists to help Korver and Redd to 13 and 9 points each respectively, Ricky Davis had 4 points off the bench.
Dan Gadzuric had
6 points and 6 rebounds in only 6 minutes of play, and was important in the second quarter as Milwaukee worked to maintain their lead.

Chris Bosh was the one stand-out for Toronto, scoring
9 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocks. Mike James top-scored for the Raptors with 10 points, yet did not help in any other categories.

The next game is against the T-Wolves at home, and will be the first game played with 7 minute quarters to give more realistic stats.
