Well, we do now have 1 person at each position. We could theoretically start this really soon. I guess there won't really be any competition for the top jobs. 8-) The heads get final say, but in their absence the assistants can run the show (we'll call an absense 2 days so I don't have to wait too long to play). We just need to pick a team. The poll is still tied.

I think you were a fan of the rebuilding process Emilio, so pick one of those teams. Just bear in mind that our GM might not want to wait a couple of seasons for results....

Exactly...rebuilding process sounds good to me but I guess we have to hear our GM's opinion

I think our GM just wants to rebuild the PF slot in Sacramento...

Good idea man. I'll also watch from the sidelines but I think you should go with the Raptors. (Y)

I wouldn't mind Toronto - close to home. I really like your dynasties and had hoped you'd want to take a bit active part, even as an assistant Sensation.

Hey there - I'm a newbie but this sounds really interesting. I want to help rebuild, so I voted for Toronto - they have a future - it's just not with anyone they currently have (except Bosh). Plus they don't have the cap room that Charlotte and Atl have.

And joey, can I get in as an assistant GM - I really want to focus on scouting - that's the best part about the dynasty - so maybe like a scouting consultant or something? I dunno.

Thanks!!! And great idea! Keep it up! (Y)

Hey... I'll apply for GM or in worst case ass.GM :P
I would like the Milwaukee Bucks or the Cleveland Cavaliers or maybe even the Raptors, I think the possibilities there are grand... Even a tough job like Toronto. :)

Hi valin and welcome! I was where you are not so long ago! Hmmm....a specified position. I like that. But we gotta get a GM 1st and run that by him (or if we feel really equal opportunistic, a transvestite ...women running sports....hahaha...women running ANYTHING). No...I'm just kidding. I love women. But anyways, I'll check back with you once we've got some more resolution.

Thanks Martin, it would be an absolute pleasure to have you aboard. Toronto seems to be becoming increasingly popular as our team, but I'm still a big fan of your suggestions, 'specially the Bucks. There aren't too many Bucks dynasties pre-Bogut which makes it a challenge.

???Wtf are you talking about sac-1? It's a little joke and it's not off-topic. You displayed your Spelling "skills" right in this topic. And btw, how's your cyberface coming along? Since we're not supposed to go off-topic in threads.
