November 2006 Monthly Recap

Image

Kenny Smith: At the end of the month in the season, we have our usuall monthly recap. Theres definatly some surprises, teams, players, league leaders etc.... It was definatly an interesting first month.
Charles Barkley: Yea it was. There was alot of action so far. Take alook at the MVP Canidates......

Image

KS: Paul Pierce. Hes playing terrific. Hes a 6-6 Guard and Forward averaging almost 11rpg.
CB: Yea he is. Hes getting 26ppg, 11rpg, 5apg, and 2spg. Hes playing unbelievable ball right now.
EJ:/b] Yea I wouldnt expect him to be playing the way he is right now.
[b]KS:
He also has his team playing great ball, 4th in the league. Steve Nash is playing good too. Accually hes playing great.
CB: Hes playing unbelievable right now. 29ppg and 9apg. Whoa thats impressive.KG with 14rpg, thats crazy. Other notable players, Raef LaFrentz and Shawn Marion also playing great ball. Who wouldve though Raef LaFrentz would be a good player?

KS: Alright now lets take alook at the Players and Rookies of the month.

CB: Well, theres no surpirse there with Pierce and Nash....they played terrific ball.
EJ: Wow Nash play terrific. Pierce is by far playing his best bball so far, although its early. Barkley, what you have to say about those rookies?
KS: Yea well the rooks played good too. It wasnt a great draft but it was alright. Lets go ahead and look at the League Leaders so far.

EJ:Peja? Wheres he been the last 2 years? Now hes getting 34ppg??!! WHOA!
KS: Hahhaha, your right thats insane. Hes putting up great numbers. Hes shooting at 46% too. Wow hopefuly he can play like that the remainder of the season.
CB: Dirk with 32ppg, Nash with 29ppg, TMac with 28ppg, Jamison with 27ppg, which is surprising. Nash and Jamison are very surprising. Dirk is too but it was a matter of time before he go those points. Pierce and Arenas both getting 26ppg.
KS: Accually what do you guys think about Arenas?
EJ: Hes playing great ball. 26ppg, 8apg. Him and Bosh are a great duo. I think Arenas is going to climb to the top at the end of the season in PPG, APG and MVP Canidates, maybe even SPG.
CB: Yea he is a great player, only 24 years old. Most players play this good in their prime, wait till he hits his prime. Hes going to play terrific ball.
KS: KG grabbing 14rpg, wow. Howard right behind him with 13rpg. Very impresive.
EJ: Alright lets take alook at the Power Rankings
