Oh My Golly Gosh Good recap...

look at my stats :D :D

17 minutes, 1/1 FG for 2 points, 3 Rebounds, 1 Assists, 3 blocks and 1 Turnovers

I'm pretty cool  8-)

Robert Skrnjug was the first guy who got changed and to leave the building, even before the fans, he's too shy to talk to the media

There's my interview/story :?

Tue Jul 19, 2005 4:58 pm

After his teammates was interviewed JOSEPH "killer_cr0ss0ver" PEDRAJAS has given a chance.

REPORTER: Before anything else, congratulations on your win today!

PEDRAJAS: First of all i would like to thank the lord above for the win and guiding us and thank you!

REPORTER: How does it feel to play here?

PEDRAJAS: Its tough out here! Its a totally new ballgame, 'know what im sayin'. Players are tall, a lot of adjustment to be
made.

REPORTER: Speaking of adjustments, what adjustments did you made?

PEDRAJAS: Playing a different position. Back home i play 3-4 position but here i play the 2, as you all know were not really tall people. Also the weather, its pretty cold out here. Back home its hot. Im also a little bit home sick. Its a good thing that a have a "kababayan" (COOLmac) playing with.

REPORTER: Good game so far, 4-5 field goals with 9 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals in 17 mins. What can you say?

PEDRAJAS: I feel confident now! When COACH GEZUS tap me i was nervous, its my first game official game. But after my first basket i was confident. And after my throw down, which i love to do best as you can see my tat here and here (showed tattoos on left bicep and right leg) my confidence level went up. and even higher when i hit three pointer, which i do a lot at practice. i give credit to my shooting coach...

REPORTER: What can you say about the team?

PEDRAJAS: Teams good, 'know what im sayin', we had alot of bonding. We act as one. We are one! Pretty solid performance right now though its a though and close game.

REPORTER: Your next game is against Sinclair, what do we expect?

PEDRAJAS: Adjustments. Specially to lessen the TO's. we mess alot today. 25 against 10. thats why the game is close. and hopefully SIT can play. And to get good mins from other teammates specially ANURAK who really had a bad day. and improve our free throw shooting. i think that's it. and hopefully "COOLmac" ARAGONES will show his stuff and Robert Skrnjug too...

REPORTER: That's it for me, thank you JOSEPH "killer_cr0ss0ver"
PEDRAJAS.

PEDRAJAS: Thank you too man. umm, can i greet? (smiles)

REPORTER: sure! Sure!

PEDRAJAS: Hi to all my "kababayan", to my family, specially to my mom!
and to all my "kababayan" who watched the game today!
Keep supporting us! Thats it man. Thank you!

REPORTER: ok... Back to the panel!

===============================================
COMMENTS:
-Nice idea to have this interview interview thing!
- DW, i like what you did on the skin tone!!!
SUGGESTION:
-i suggest that the player story or profile should come during home game halftime. More like a HALFTIME FEATURE.

REQUEST:
-DW can you please make my no. #4. if it is taken can you make it 44 instead?!!!
-can you please also put the ff. accessories:
-headband
-rubberbands on both hands
-right armband

THANKS ALOT MAN.

oh by the way though its only my first game AND1 called me after they saw my game and skills and the slamajamaha and gambled on offering me a shoe sponsorship and accept it... :cheeky:

The aforementioned interview with Mr. Watson, that was Andrew Watson's first ever glimpse of European lifestyle....

Slovenian Reporter: Heir Watson, akakastan rarka mejius sinjekos?

Watson: :?

Slovenian Reporter: Akakastan rarka mejius sinjekos vudka?

Watson: Ahh, you must be talking about vodka  Yeah, I didn't realise you guys were big on the vodka, but I guess it's pretty darn cold around here, I can't blame you. Anymore questions?

Slovenian Reporter: :?

Greek Reporter: A Panatheoniscius, de vicius dimengo? Sulvkaia ah

*Watson interupts Greek Reporter*

Watson: Boy, you Euros are pretty strange. First you're asking me about vodka, now about soulvakis.

Greek Reporter: :? A Panatheonisicuis Makis seven....

*Watson interupts Greek Reporter*

Watson: Yep, you're right. It was a pretty rough night for old mate, Makis. As you said, 7 turnovers in one game is alarming, but he stuck with it and came through in the clutch. I was pretty happy with my first up effort, a double-double in such a tough arena is always good.

Greek Reporter: :?

*Hakis approaches Watson*

Hassakis: You do know these reporters can't speak English right, don't you there X?

Watson: Yeah, sure mate. But I'm picking up the Euro language over here pretty quick. The reporters were telling me that if you are travelling on the road, and you turnover the ball more than 5 times in one night, then you have to shout. They were suggesting soulakis and vodka of all things. I'm not one to argue with European customs, so given your 7 turnovers, I guess it's your shout, sorry mate. Where's the nearest pub?

Hassakis: :?

EDIT: p.s. great recap Weaver, the Bronze dynasty has now become my favourite ahead of the Silver and then the Gold one

Tue Jul 19, 2005 6:19 pm

it can mean only one thing....
the philippines is much hotter...
anyways when i have my trip back there 5 years ago it was darn cold......why is that? (N)

Sit’s Debut to be Delayed

(Greek Press)Will Sit’s debut for local basketball team Olympiakos has been delayed for a little while longer. Sit who has been out of form all off season suffered another blow during an accident in pre game shoot around and sat out the full first match of the season.

Sit was rumoured to have contracted a rare skin condition that made him not available for training camp however other sources have revealed that he had problems with his passport and visa. The former Los Angles California inmate had to pass several pieces of paperwork to say he wasn’t a threat to the public. His agent and manager though made a different claim saying that the shooting guard was just having personal problems that he wanted to solve and apologised for not making it to preseason training.

Sit issued a statement, ‘I regret not making it to join the team but I hope I can start to play soon.’

No other details were disclosed by Sit’s party which still leaves his past movements since signing with the team a mystery. Head Coach Gezus has not commented on his opinion of his player’s absence but it is reported that he isn’t impressed with Sit’s work ethic.

Will Sit’s history has been controversial since he was discovered by scouts. His most recent history include being arrested in LA and put in jail approximately 2 months ago. He started to show his skill in the jail ball league, ala basketball’s real life version of ‘The Longest Yard’ that featured Adam Sandler as a star ex-NFL quarter back who organised a guards vs. inmates football game. Sit’s scoring skills were superior as he dominated the competition and his defence was better than average even though he was called a dirty and cheap player.

Sit’s signing has been controversial as the organisation doesn’t know what kind of a player they are dealing with. The only information they have is that the player has had a track record of being called a ‘ball hog’ and ‘un-coachable.’

It’s also rumoured that the 17 year old has had a prior run in with current team mate Andrew Watson in Las Vegas. Watson known as ‘The X’ was a former Nevada player and drug lord. It is rumoured that Watson was asked in for information about a bank heist in the capital of gambling. Watson was reportedly pulled over by police and taken back for interviewing after he was spotted talking to a then 15 year old Sit, an hour before a bank was held up. Sit was a main suspect in that event but police couldn’t provide enough evidence to warrant an arrest.

Olympiakos won their Euroseason opener by 4 points yesterday.

Weaver: No rush on needing to play me!

hey, you misrepresented me bro....Mance was Anurak's assignment wasn't he as Mance was the other team's starting SF? Or could Anurak not handle him and you put me on him? It looks like I was putting my body on the line....I appeared to hold my opposing player to only 3 points :D

Tue Jul 19, 2005 9:38 pm

ah... good point, and in the sit profile, when did you find time to do a stint at unlv?

btw x, great postgame interview, sounds so much like something i would do. or i might just hide behind the clothing and stuff until they leave, cause i struggle when there is a mike in front of me. you should have seen my senior interview for the xc video... so hilarious.

Tue Jul 19, 2005 9:41 pm

I never said I did, X went to UNLV. Weaver can fill us up on what kind of player he wants me to be! (Y)

He was Anurak's assignment, but he scored most of his points in the paint and made you both look like fools in the process.  he was pointless in the second half, though... :P

Weaver can fill us up on what kind of player he wants me to be!

Dude, I went to Nebraska  you must have confused my regular departures during the season to Vegas as an indication that I was a Runnin' Rebel like the great Mark Dickel....I was a Cornhusker

cheers....although if you want a tragic experience in front of the mike, you should've seen me at my brother's wedding  I was his best man and got absolutely plastered and forgot my speech  everyone said it was hilarious though  next time, I'll have palm cards at the very least or maybe try and write it before the night before....you live and learn with life experiences I guess

Sit...
The gm/owner/player makes the calls as to who plays and when they do...I just criticize him for making some of the calls he does, but not too much as I dont want my starting center to fire my ass.

You knew well in advance that our game was scheduled, and you didnt show..
This isn't acceptable by my standards or by anyone elses. Perhaps you were back in your California Jail cell because you were missing the lovin' from your cellmate Tiny. I dont know, I can only speculate, and am very hesitant to do so.

I have put in a request to fine you 3000(greek currency). I can only hope for you that your skin condition improves and you start wrapping your head around the game rather than your honey's on the side like CoolMac.

Tue Jul 19, 2005 9:58 pm

Dang.. at least i got my visa yesterday! Damn, as long as i dont meet those homos form longest yard in my cell its all good!

And my bad X, i misread it for nevada! lol anyways.. edited article!

And about all the honeys, me and Coolmac can't get enough! (Y)
