Great! The thing I like the most about this dynasty so far is how in every game there seems to be a different player that leads the team. That's cool 8-) (Y)

Wow, didn't even see the season start!

It looks great, you're starting really well, with the same very nice recap style, continue like that, it is just awesome! (Y)

The Orlando Magic suffered their first loss, since their 5-0 winning streak. They were beaten by Minnesota Timberwolves.
Orlando had a truly successful first quarter, winning it by 6 points, but fell down, after loosing the second period by 12 for a six point deficit, entering the second half.
Orlando had a good start in the third, going for a 6-0 run and cutting the lead down. But Kevin Garnett answered quickly, with his powerful and dominating moves, no one could’ve stopped Garnett from dunking the ball into the basket. But the big man collected his 4th foul, nearly at the end of the quarter. Then Orlando completely dominated in the last two minutes of the game, going for a 12-0 run and winning the quarter by a single point.
Minnesota’s big three – KG, Mike James and Ricky Davis really showed that they’ve got in the last period. They all combined for 25 of T-Wolves 32 last quarter points and helped their team to clinch the win, despite big effort from Jameer Nelson, Hedo Turkoglu and Dwight Howard. One of the key’s leading Minnesota to the W, was Magic’s poor foul shooting, they missed 13 of their 35 ft attempts, for a 62% shooting from the line. T-Wolves big three combined for 75 points.

btw, I'd love to have a poster with the pic right on the top :P

Mon May 28, 2007 2:50 am

You had a good game, but James, Garnet and Davis were too much for your team.
I dont like Turkoglu shooting more than Howard

Mon May 28, 2007 3:24 am

You lost  ...anyway it was an tough game on the road...try to win the next game

Mon May 28, 2007 5:25 am

Wow, you lost to Minnesota; tough break.

Good luck next game; a couple more wins and you should build a small division lead.

Mon May 28, 2007 5:42 am

wow Hedo really putting great numbers for you so far, didn't expect that. Tough loss here, good luck in the next game

Mon May 28, 2007 7:08 pm

The streak was bound to come to an end. Some good stats for your Magic players in that game. Jameer had a good all-round game with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. I like where this team is going.

Btw, are you thinking of trading a SF to the Mavs??

Mon May 28, 2007 8:12 pm

Yeh tough luck although it was always going to be hard when 3 players score in the 20's just like scoop what are your thoughts on the Mavs searching for SF???

Mon May 28, 2007 8:57 pm

buzzy, It was trully very hard to stop James and Davis...

cerv, Well I was feeling the range with him against Indiana, so I tried it again, but it didn't work...

looser, Yeah, these road are starting to piss me off...

Lamrock93, Well I need that, since losing to Minnesota isn't good at all...

Marquis, Thanks, I'm starting to like him...

Scoop, I'm also very happy with Jameer, he's a trully great player...

3PK, Well about the rumors, I had little thought on traiding Hedo and maybe getting Terry, I just was a little intrested in that....

Thanks for the comments guys, I really appreciate it!

Kendrick Perkins scored a career-high 18 points against Magic

Magic-112
Celtics-117

The Orlando Magic suffered their second loss in a row, this time against Boston Celtics.
Boston won the first quarter by a couple of points, but lost the second by a single point for a very fragile lead, entering the second half.
Boston started the first quarter, by loosing Delonte West, who collected his 6th foul, right at the beginning of the quarter, but then Celtics powered up for a 8-0 run and a 9 point lead with eight minutes to go in the quarter. Dwight Howard and Jameer Nelson led Magic to a slow comeback and tied the quarter, right at the last seconds, for a one point deficit, heading into the last period.
Boston found superb extra help in their bench, from Sebastian Telfair and Michael Olowokandi. They both combined for 29 points, 13 rebounds, 10 assists and a couple of blocks. With the help of Kendrick Perkins they managed to overpower Magic late in the quarter and book the win. Dwight Howard had a monstrous game, posting 27 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and five blocks.

Ahh tough 2 losses there man, although it does add realism to your dynasty..

BTW, I don't thinkl you should get Terry. I don't like those little SG's(Gordon is an exeption, I love that guy.), plus he is not the kind of player that will score when nothing goes your way and you need him the most.

Looking forward to see what your trading plans are (Y)

Mon May 28, 2007 11:29 pm

Good to see Howard is dominating for you, it will be interesting to see what moves you decide to make if any.

For the DualNasty I was thinking of trading Hedo, but wtih the NLSC patch hes a bit better than I expected.

Hill is always a good option for trading too, but it hes such a nice guy its hard

Lets hope you can bounce back and get some more wins (Y)

Mon May 28, 2007 11:58 pm

Man, two tough losses in a row. Nice to see Howard dominating, as he should do, and I think you will play better next game.
Good luck! (Y)

tough loss; howard is a BEAST and what a game by Al Jeff as well; Clash of the Titans! - BD#5

Wed May 30, 2007 10:31 am

WOW, 27 and 15 and you lose

You really need to get some scorers, I can't see Turkoglu and Howard going for 25 evry game!

Wed May 30, 2007 12:43 pm

I got a great trade idea for you!

Trade Grant Hill to the Wizards for Jamison! You get a better player and you cut salaries! It works! :D

Wed May 30, 2007 3:15 pm

S.R.N.O, Well I was only thinking a little about it, not that I was planning on doin' it... Thanks for the advice...

Mark., Yeah, Hill looks like a nice guy to me too :)

Sacke12, I hope so too...

BoomDizzle#5, Yeah....

Anthony15, Well the supporting cast doesn't do a very reliable job, so I never know what's gonna happen...

rl564411, Well, not a bad idea, but believe me, my other to SG's are such poor defenders, I can't even think about tradin' him and not getting a SG at the moment...

The Orlando Magic suffered their third loss in a row, this time against Denver Nuggets.
Nuggets had a powerful start winning the first quarter by 16 points, but lost the second period by 8 for a 8 point lead, heading into the second half.
Magic’s[/i] [u]Dwight Howard was doing everything he could, to get his team ahead of the opponents. He had 13 points and 5 rebounds in the quarter, with the help of Darko Milicic and Redick they managed to get a 5 point lead with two minutes to go, but suddenly after Denver’s timeout, everything changed. Magic couldn’t rebounds properly, gave up 16(offensive) boards in the game, they couldn’t stop Iverson at all, but still managed to win the third period by 6, for a two point deficit, entering the last quarter.
Nuggets completely crushed Orlando in the last quarter. Allen Iverson made three treys and scored 16 points in the last quarter, along with the perfect rebounding, Denver was looking unstoppable. Magic’s Darko Milicic and J.J Redick were the only players, who could oppose them, but it was truly not enough. Jameer Nelson had the worst game this season, posting 5 points and 4 assists, while Redick finished with 17 points and 11 assists.

Adam Morrison(CHA) to be traded?

Image

Wed May 30, 2007 5:12 pm

Dang! 3 losses in a row now. How the hell did you lose to the Celtics?!?!? lol

Sucks that Hill is injured, the result of the Nuggets game might have been a bit different, had he played...

I see that Morrison isn't going anywhere. If he was on the trading block, would you have a bit of interest in him?

Wed May 30, 2007 6:11 pm

Tough luck with the loss but it's always gonna be diffcult vs a stacked Nuggets team otherwise more terrible news with Hill but atleast it isn't serious, Also great work with the pics and the frequant updates this is on fire (Y)

Thu May 31, 2007 3:14 am

Ah man, another tough loss. And Hill injured doesn't make it any better. :( Just keep playin' and you will get your W's soon. (Y)

Thu May 31, 2007 3:51 am

Wow - what a line by Iverson: 29 points, 11 assists! he truly was 'the Answer'
5 turnovers though so i guess he's not a machine... well, so to speak - DB#5
