Easy win against a struggling team. Drew Gooden has paid off as he is continuing the solid effort. Good luck against Dallas.

Yeah, both Gooden and Haywood have been playing really well.

Thanks for checking. I have to sim a lot of games, it's 82 Games and I had to do 82 because it's much easier to do recaps when it follows the NBA. Plus, I'm playing with my friend's game so I don't have a chance to play so many games.

Anyways, I'll try to get some recaps in soon...

Allen Burns Bobcats in Dying Seconds, Sonics Steal one in Charlotte

Image99 Image97

It had come down to the dying seconds of the game as the Sonics, who were riding on a 3-Game Winning Streak came into Charlotte looking to make it 4 in a game in which they were favourites to win.

They struggled against the Bobcats early on but regained themselves and came out hard in the second half. By the end of the 4th qaurter, it was anybody's game.

The Sonics led by two as they saw the lead shatter at their sight. Brevin Knight's late three-pointer have given the Cats a one point lead with only a few seconds left on the clock. The Sonics called timeout.

They left the ball in the hands of their star, Ray Allen. Allen fired a three and got it to go! Seattle went up by two. The Bobcats now called timeout with enough time to set up a play for the win or the tie to send it to overtime.

The ball came to Kareem Rush as he let go of a three for the win which rimmed out making it the 4th straight victory for the Sonics thanks to Allen's heroics. The Final score was 99-97.

Ray Allen was on fire the entire the game, scoring a game-high 34 Points along with 5 Boards and 5 Assists for an incredible night capped off by the game-winning 3-Pointer.

Brevin Knight led the Bobcats with 23 Points while handing out 4 Assists in a very disappointing loss. The Sonics, however, also received some disappointing news. Forward Drew Gooden suffered an injury which will keep him out of the lineup for 6 days.
