Knicks Lose First Game of Season in Utah
Andrei Kirilenko and the Utah Jazz headed back home after a four-game road trip.
New York's 6-0 record coming into the game was one of only three teams left
with a perfect record. Stephon Marbury and the Knicks looked sharp through the
first quarter and went into the second quarter with a 25-23 lead. Jamal Crawford,
who was in for Stephon most of the second quarter, scored 14 points in the
second. At one point, New York went on a 12-2 run. Utah went to the bench for
scoring and did a good job but New York was just too strong as they went into
the hafl with a five-point lead.

A couple scary moments for the Jazz in the third quarter: both Carlos Boozer
and Deron Williams went down with injuries. They would later come back in
the game and play. Andrei Kirilenko supplied Utah with his inside scoring all
through the third quarter as Utah cut the lead down to three with one
quarter left to play. Utah's Carlos Boozer added 13 of his team-high 27
points in the fourth quarter and Andrei Kirilenko's five blocks late in the
fourth quarter led Utah to victory 108-101 over the Knicks.

I've made new team icons. You may need to refresh to update the icons to the new ones.

Wow one of the better dynasty that i ever see, but please keep it up!

Maybe if you are at 8-1 with the Jazz, try to change some sliders to get the game more difficoult.

Good luck

Yeah, I want to make it a little more difficult, but not too much because there's been 2 or 3 games where I should've lost. I'm going to adjust the sliders (I use Andrew's) before the next game and see how that goes.

Jazz Come Up Short in Phoenix Thriller
Utah and Phoenix squared off for the second time this season. Utah won the
first meeting 114-101 in Utah. Phoenix was off to a quick start early as they built
a 14-5 lead. Carlos Boozer had a monster first quarter with 16 points and
7 rebounds to help the Jazz pull within three points after the first quarter
of play. The next twelve minutes it was back and fourth for both teams
with no team taking an advantage. Phoenix forward Shawn Marion
went out early in the second with an injury but later returned to the
game. Phoenix led 54-52 at the half.

Utah, led by rookie point guard Deron Williams, came out of the half with
some nice offense as they started the third quarter on a 10-0 run.
Raja Bell and Tim Thomas combined for a total of six three-pointers to
keep the game close as the third quarter ended. In the fourth, with four
minutes to go, Utah found themselves down by ten points. Andrei
Kirilenko
came up huge in the final minutes blocking three shots and
Morris Peterson hit a three-point shot to tie the game up at 102.
Amare Stoudemire's bankshot with 1.6 seconds left to go put the
Suns up by two. Coming out of the timeout, Morris Peterson received
the inbound and missed the three-point shot for the win.
