What do you guys think

Everyone, should I do recaps or a boxscore?? Please let me know. I can do boxscores, and a recap on very close games. Just Boxscore, or just recaps. Please let me know.

Wed Aug 31, 2005 1:04 am

Close game against New Orleans...they are doing really well..very nice trade....i think you should do recaps but its your choice...good luck next game

Wed Aug 31, 2005 2:00 am

I don't like the trade too much. Kwame is a wreck and Slava doesn't bring much. On the other hand you had Howard who could start at PF and a very good player coming off the bench in Jon Barry. The trade is pretty good considering what you were looking for but I wouldn't do that trade. Good luck against Minny. And I say Recaps are better.

Wed Aug 31, 2005 3:31 am

Sensation, yea Slava basically sucks, Kwame in the game is a good rebounder and I kind of like his style of play, and plus hes only 22 years old. Howard I like him, but I didnt play him at all and Barry Im not much a fan cuz he doesnt like the Celtics  but anyway I dont know if I should do recaps, I probally will, the boxscores are asier but since u guys like recaps ill probally do that, thanks

TOday the Rockets faced the TWolves in Minnesota. It was a very high scoring game. And went into OT. Yao fouled out in the 3rd, but Kwame took his place and played teriffic, Swift stepped up, and so didnt Simmons. But McGrady played unbelievable. The start of the first OT McGrady had 29 points and 11 assists. TMac started off OT with a 3 right over Latrell. Then stole it and layed it up. Simmons scored 8 OT points. With 10 seconds left, the score 121-121 Latrell held the ball and pulled up with 3 seconds pulled up and missed and the buzzer sounded. The start of OT number 2. McGrady started off with a BANG. he hit his first 3 shots, all three pointers. Then shot another and got fouled. He hit all 3 foul shots. With 11 seconds now the Wolves were up 141-139. The clock going down, 9, 8, 7, 6, McGrady crosses over, pulls up for a three pointer.... 4, 3 the shot..GOES IN with 2.8 left on the clock. The TWolves call a timeout. The inbound pass goes to Olowokandi and hes in the paint, he pulls up for a hook shot, and Kwame is guarding him tight, Kwame Stuffs it and the horn sounds. McGrady with the GW 3 pointer, and Kwame his first game as a Rockets GW block. McGrady shot 7-16 from 3pt land, Simmons had a career high 22 points. And Kwame had 16 points, 5 rebounds, and 2 assists.

The Kings and Rockets were close after the first quarter. 28-29 Kings. But the 2nd and 3rd quarter belonged to the Kings. THe Rocets had a 6-0 run at the end of the third thats it. The Rckets were down by 17 at the start of the 4th. Would they make a comeback? Peja started off with a 3. But, McGrady on the other side of the court, hit a 3 too. The Rockets stopped the Kings a few times, then then Sura, Simmons and McGrady all took turns hitting a 3. With 5:17 left the Rockets are down by 12. Yao started off great, but Miller was killing him in the 4th, especially when the Rockets needed Yao. But Miller was blocking Yaos hooks, and layups, and dunks. Stro fouled out, so Kwame came in. McGrady passed it in to him and he scored. Then Sura stripped Jackson and layed it up. With 3:01 left, the Rockets were only down by 7 now. Miller posted Kwame up and sank the shot. TMac brought it up, and pulled up over Jackson and Peja, and sank the 3. McGrady stole the inbound pass and dished to Kwame who was cutting to the hoop. With 1:58 left, the Rockets trailed by 1. Then Brad Miller pumpfaked and had Yao go up, and Miller hit the shot and got fouled. He hit the free throw. The Rockets now trailing by 4. Sura brought it up and noticed Malone was guarding Yao, so Yao posted up Malone and Yao scored. Jackson brought it up and TMac stripped him, and launched a 3. He hit it. Bibby brought it up and threw it away. Sura then hit a three. With 22 seconds left, Peja missed a 3 and they fouled TMac. He hit both free throws, then Bibby launcheda 3 and missed it. The Rockets win 104-100.

Nice Dynasty, you have been killing with the Rockets 9-3 record is great. The trade i don't like personally because Slava is horrible and Kwame isn't to good, and i am a Juwan howard fan he plays well with T-Mac
