shadowgrin, I wanted to get rid of Brand and since they offered Bosh, I took the plunge.

Trade Bosh for a young big that you can build with the Sixers. Sixers ain't no pussy, especially not that pussy named Bosh.

I ain't good at grammar, but this is definitely wrong, right?

shadowgrin, got any in mind? I'd like a scoring big like Bosh and most of the young bigs are very hard to get because of the trade value.

Carmelo's leading the NBA scoring at 34.6 a pop, three points ahead of Kobe. He leads the MVP voting, won Player of the Week twice, and scored 50+ in two games.
For all you Knick users, give Derrick Brown a chance. I like playing him at SG, taking advantage of his height. I worked on his mid-range game, and he's my leading scorer off the bench.

^Maybe because of the injury glitch/bug.

I got my 2nd season start with Celtics with the following lineup:
starting lineup:
kanter C (R)
kg PF
pierce SF
rayray SG (INJ day-to-day)
rondo PG *
bench:
allabi C
bigbaby PF *
vesely SF (R)
Gee SF
bradley PG
c. jerells PG (R)
wafer SG
reserve:
boone C
green PF * (INJ 4-6wks)
Won the first two games, but lost the third against the Suns by 2 pts, rondo failed to pass the ball to allen or pierce in the last second.

I don't know why Kobe was snubbed. He was leading all west guards in votes, played every game, averages 27, 4, and, 5 and 2.6 steals. Deron Williams and Chris Paul got the start, Russell Westbrook and two other guards got reserve spots.

Your league IS rigged probably.loljoke. That's really weird.

Maybe Kobe got injured? It's the injury glitch.
If a player leading the ASG voting gets injured even if he's still able to play or even if the injury is just one day during a week or two before the ASG, that player will be out of the ASG lineup.

lost against utah as my former player delonte torched us. haha we had a weak interior D, so i traded davis, gee and bradley for briedrins, and 1st picks from GS and DET. And then i signed battier and patty mills from FA pool. so far so good 2-0 after the trade. Until KG got injured and out for 4-6weeks, same as Green

I am not sure if it just me, the association gets more difficult on 2nd season.

or maybe we just got bad in defense. hehe

Rockets Vs Warriors and it's the Christmas special and I had a good game. 4th quarter we're down by 3. Lowry got the ball, did a little crossover then shoot beyond the arc, really beyond the arc, release his shot on .1 second. Or I don't know if the game just stay quiet because it looks like the ball is still on his hand when the buzzer ends. nvm. Then at OT, we won 104-93.

In my 2032 association (started w/ the Heat, switched to L.A.) we finally made the Finals against... Boston. Lonny Holland (SG, team captain) Got injured on fadeaway shot, but SF Hugh bender fired up & scored 31 points. Jens Meir (PG,Boston TEAM CAPTAIN) took Boston on a 4th quarter run, but L.A. won the game 108-104 at TD Garden. we now have a 3-1 lead.

2K10 OKC Association continued from
this.
Won a ring for Durant in his last season. Finals was against the Wizards led by Perry Jones, James Harden and generated player Claudio Batista (player comparison - Al Horford). Had a brutal game 5 which is probably the most fun I had with 2K10. Think final 8 minutes of game seven of the Lakers-Celtics Finals but for the whole 48 minutes, that brutal. Had to pull out all the plays and bag of tricks I know in the game just to get a 3 point win. Series went the distance. Game 7 was anticlimactic compared to the previous games of the Finals as the Wizards' fatigue set in and we won the championship by 20. Finals MVP was Willis Drew, he was also season MVP. Jones and Harden also retired like Durant after the season.
Won a title again the following season without the retired Durant. Finals was against the Knicks. Won 4-1 as their lead player Quincy Miller got an injured ACL. Willis Drew, Finals and Season MVP again.
Following season, Knicks had their revenge against us and won it all 4-1. I was expecting the Sixers come out for the East since they were that good, I couldn't even beat them during regular season as if they were built against us. But Quincy Miller announced that he was retiring just before the playoffs started and the 6th seeded Knicks went insane in the playoffs to sweep the 1st seed Sixers in the ECF and beat us in the Finals. Forgot the name of the Finals MVP but it was their PG who plays like Nash (no defense too lol), who left the team and signed with the Celtics the following season. OKC's Willis Drew was season MVP
The succeeding season, we got back to the Finals again but lost to the Sixers 4-2. As I mentioned above, I have trouble beating the Sixers, they can play halfcourt and fastbreak ball. I still have no answers against them. Those wins were only from simmed games since I go with play-sim-play-sim... in the post season. Finals MVP was their SF, forgot the name (player comparison - Orlando T-Mac).
Willis Drew was season MVP again, he's been leading the league in apg for years now, consistently ranked either 1 or two in spg also in the previous seasons, gets about 20 ppg, and has amongst the top 5 in PER season after season. Also gets about a 1.5 bpg, which I think is the reason why he gets season MVP year after year since he's a PG.
New season in my association, I feel like this team has reached its plateau and might get consistently beat in the Finals if we do reach it again. It's like the early 90's Buffalo Bills in the NFL. Still trying to figure out what to do. Break the core, get young, or w/e, still have no idea.
Pic from my Finals matchup agaisnt the Knicks. Ball!

Started one with the train-wreck that are the Pistons.
My idea was to rejuvenate T-Mac, literally. So I lowered his age to 21, increased his durability, potential. Now he's a 6'8, all-around PG.
Anyway, first season, didn't make the Playoffs. During the off-season, drafted Fredette and made a butt-load of deals. My line-up now :
C - DeAndre Jordan/Ben Wallace
F - LaMarcus Aldridge/Kenyon Martin
F - Nicolas Batum/Tayshaun Prince/Gary Forbes
G - Wesley Matthews/Ronnie Brewer
G - Tracy McGrady/Jimmer Fredette/Will Bynum
(More like the Detroit Trail Blazers)
I had Monroe as my starting PF, but he announced that he wasn't happy with being a starter and playing 30+ mins, so I shipped him to Portland for LA.
T-Mac averaging 22.3 points, 8 assists and 6.5 rebounds.
Currently 15-9, third in the East.
