All Eyes on Brooks as Cavs rally back from a 12-point deficit
After a really confident win, Cavaliers seemed to be in a good shape. Winning another one at home would give them a 2-0 lead, plus a mental boost, before heading off to Orlando.
However, Magic players were calm also, as Gundy had given them a proper speech before the game. "Look, guys, we came here to win atleast one game, we still have the chance, lets go out there and play proper basketball."
Well, they sure did do that, as Cleveland was down hard right from the start. The starters were missing open jumpers while the bench couldn`t do anything aswell. Dwight Howard was playing big from the start, and it showed, as the Cavs were getting outrebounded in every situation.
However, Brooks was a player who picked his play up big. While the Cavaliers were down by 12, somebody had to turn this game around. Luckily, he took charge and dominated the Magic defense, which made them very worried.
A few baskets from his teammates and they were back, tied up, in the end of the third quarter. From there however, things got even better. Brooks dunked on Dwight to get the first points and Cleveland kept on rolling.
While everybody else was having a off night, the ball was played to MarShon on pretty much every play, and he finished them all with a bang. By the end of the game, the Cavaliers had won 74-63, with 44 of those points being from one player, a rookie.
It will be pretty interesting to see the games in Orlando.
