Nothing special to mention from my side to those games. Nothing really interesting happened, at least two very high victories against the Jazz and Suns.

Jazz are really bad 12th in the West , Phoenix running well spot 6-8 at the moment.

There were also some minor trades in the league, the biggest of them between the Pacers and Warriors.

Pacers send TJ Ford + Jeff Foster to Warriors, Pacers receive David Lee and Eddy Curry. Nice trade for the Pacers in my eyes. (Y)

Summarize all the new trades in the January recap.

Interesting trade! Looks like Golden State just traded away a lot of rebounding if it was David Lee and Eddy Curry. Was it really Eddy, as opposed to Steph Curry?

It was Eddy Curry, in the beginning of the season he was a free agent and he was signed by the Warriors.

Yes, i dont know why but i had always problems against them. Fortunately i dont have to play them anymore, however i lost the season series against them 1:2, with a very close ovetime win in Philadelphia.

The Denver Nuggets denied my first 5 Game Streak :x

Nenê had a great day and also Ricky Rubio, Rubio with 13 pts 10 ast and a steal.

Two easy wins against the Raptors and Grizzlies, the Grizzlies are on a good spot in the West a bit surprising i could beat them that easy.

Evan Turner made a very strange basket, he threw the ball from beneath the ring and it somehow counted (see in the video).

He cheated

At the moment it doesnt look like they will make the Playoffs, i think the Knicks, Pistons or Bulls seem to be more likely a contender for the 1st round.

You will see more when i update the January Standings.

Preparing for a "bigger" trade with the Cavs.

I have an option to send Maureese Speights + Jason Kapono + '12 1st round to receive Anderson Varejao and J.J. Hickson. :?:

I think i am going to accept this.

My depth chart would look like this then:

C Varejao / Ilgauskas / Magloire
PF Brand / Hickson 6th man
SF Iguodala / Young
SG Turner / Meeks
PG Holiday / Head / Banks

Really interesting potential trade with the Cavs!

V isn't a great scorer, but he'll give you a lot of toughness in the middle. Hickson is also a great pickup with a reasonable cap figure for his production. Given how well you're playing, that 1st round pick isn't going to be worth a whole lot, so I say go for it (Y)

Yes i am going to to this trade; Kapono didnt play a game so far , Speights is a nice prospect but not more. Hickson could step into Brands footsteps after the 2011 season. I am going to look for a real good Center in 2012 anyway.

Hickson and Varejao will have their first entry in the Game against Orlando on Feb9th.

Game 49 - NY @ PHI
The New York Knicks with two very close wins. In Game 1 it was Billups who saved the 110:109 victory with a jumpshot to beat the buzzer. In this Game Stoudemire was unstoppable scoring 37 points and 13 rebounds, he shot with more than 60% from the field.

Melo was injured and played only about 8 minutes that game. Evan Turner with a great Game 36 points and 9 assists, but in the end it was not enough...

Game 50 - PHI @ NY
Carmelo Anthony just made good what he missed in the first Game. Melo scored 41 points including the Game winning 3 point play in the end of the fourth quarter. This game was all about Melo against Evan Turner, Turner came up with 38 points 10 assists and 8 rebounds, maybe his best game so far.

Another stunning performance from Chauncey Billups < 30points and 16 assists ! Melo and Billups really dominated in Madison Square Garden.

Jrue Holiday had the opportunity to win the Game with 3 seconds left, but he took a bad shot selection and missed the final shot.

Here the video of the last 30 seconds

Yes :x

But i played very stupid in the last seconds with Holiday, i didnt had a good idea...

---

First i didnt want to do much trades but now i have another chance to improve in a long run. The Sacramento Kings want to trade for Thaddeus Young, Young is a big impact for me, but he says that he wants to leave the 76ers in 2011 anyway because he isnt happy with his role as a 6th man.

So the Kings offer me Marcus Thornton and also their 2011 1st round pick. This could be very interesting for me because it will be sure another top 5 pick. The Kings are the baddest team of the league right now.

I am using the 2011 real NBA Draft Class.

Thornton would also help me because i have a lack of good Guards from the bench at the moment.

Whats Kings record ? I you dont have a good guard and Kings will get a good first round pick , I would go for it.

Yes with Kings 2011 1st round which will surely be a top 5 pick because the Kings are the worst team with 15-35 at the moment.
