Mix was pretty good. Wasn't crazy about the song, and you should have hidden the camera controls though. Not crazy about the trade. I'm not entirely sure Houston would have done it (back to Chase Budinger, Trevor Ariza and Kyle Lowry playing out of position by moonlighting at SF) and it actually means less time for your young SG/SF tandem.

Still digging this though. Planning on using a similar format for mine, albeit less graphically appealing.

I figured it out just today. Instead of pressing 4, I should have pressed 3 instead. I've deleted all the other replay files though :(
I'll probably make a end of season plays of the year mix with all the other players

Also I did the trade, cause I remember Tmac being forced to play PF with Carter at SF in 2000. I wonder what could have happened had Carter learned how to play the sg position much earlier in his career

Congrats on the win. Looking at the boxscore, it looks like Wes Johnson and Damion James are moonlighting at the 4. Is your coach a disciple of Don Nelson by chance? :P Just noticed you have Charles Garcia on your roster. I go to school with his cousin. (Y) Was a shame to see him go undrafted irl.

25-21 :: Remember 2000 | NBA Thug Life Going Strong

Postby john26 on Tue Jul 13, 2010 3:05 pm

It was in the middle of the third quarter. The game was close. The crowd was cheering for the home team Toronto Raptors in Air Canada Center. Raptors' rookie Wesley Johnson was trying to make his way to the hoop when he got fouled near the baseline by Hawks' Josh Smith. By that time, the Raptors had to man up. It was enough, time to thug it up. DeMar DeRozan, Raptors' second year player out of Southern Cal , got into Josh Smith's face and had some words to say, a decision which led to an altercation. By the time security had finally contained Smith, they were nearly at the opposite end of the court from where the altercation started, making it the NBA’s scariest scene since the brawl at MSG between Knicks and Nuggets players a few years ago. “Without being there, I can tell you the power of emotions can be an underrated thing in our game,” Pacers coach Rick Carlisle said. “Something like this should not happen, and when it does, it’s disappointing. But unless you’re there and a part of it and know all the dynamics of it, it’s really hard to comment on it.”

After singing the praises of DeMar DeRozan for the past several weeks, Raptors' fans and analysts must now begin to wonder if they were wrong about him. Is DeMar DeRozan just another young punk who can't contain himself or is this just a bump in the road? Last night, DeRozan literally gave his image a black eye. DeRozan started an altercation with Josh Smith, something certainly uncalled for.

The NBA has taken numerous steps to clean up its image, implementing a dress code and its community relations initiative NBA Cares last season, and trying to eliminate excessive complaints to officials this season. Commissioner David Stern even implored NBA players to leave their guns at home! DeMar DeRozan was a member of the 2009 draft class, which included Tyreke Evans, Stephen Curry and Brandon Jennings. All have been the new faces of their respective franchises over the past season. All four have been outstanding young men since joining the NBA and have only been the classy ball players that we would expect. All seem to be the highest caliber basketball players no doubt and great people as well.
