Tough loss, but hopefully you can hurry up and regroup for your next game. I'm loving the presentation as well, probably your best yet.

Yeah, but as I said, I won against them in the 1st game... dunno what happened this time!

Sensation wrote:That's funny, I just played the Suns in my Seattle Dynasty and beat them with a similar score wearing my Alternates. :P Tough loss for you though but your pre-season record is still strong. I also like the new added feature for your recaps. (Y)

Hehe yeah... strange :P I will try to bounce back with a win against the Kings. Thanks!

[ PHX BoxScore ] [ SAC BoxScore ]

[ SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 23 (Ticker) ] -- Mike Bibby, Brad Miller and the Sacramento Kings were conditioning themselves.

Bibby had 28 points and 10 assists, when Miller had 24 and 11 rebounds, as the Kings defeated the now 4-2 Phoenix Suns, 103-85, at the ARCO Arena.

Sacramento shot a .430 from the field.

Steve Nash led the Suns with 22 points and 6 assists.

"I think Corliss Williamson plays well when he’s played," Kings coach Rick Adelman said. "I wanted he and Jason (Hart) to get extended minutes tonight, as both give you a big presence; Corliss is a good rebounder, when Jason pass the ball very well."

Williamson had 10 points and 6 rebounds off the bench, when Hart had 4 points and 2 assists.

Boris Diaw-Riffiod, who had his first start as a Sun, scored 19 points, and grabbed 8 rebounds.

"Boris had an amazing game," said Mike D'Antoni. "He's a really good player and I'm sure that he will fit into the club quickly."

Suns bench had 10 points, playing limited minutes (no one had more than 10 minutes), when Kings bench had 29 (with 3 players playing more than 10 mins.)

In other news, Suns GM Thierry Henry is hardly thinking in send rookie Dijon Thompson to the development league's Albuquerque Thunderbirds, Suns D-League affiliate for the 05-06 season, as Dijon isn't getting much minutes with D'Antoni.

* Bibby made 8-of-8 free throws
* Grant incredibly missed this dunk
* Matrix blocks Miller
* Raja Bell with the 3
* Nash over Miller
* Marion with a field goal
* Bibby with a lay-up

Tough loss, would've expected a much higher scoring game with these two teams but still a good one.

[ PHOENIX, Oct. 26 (Ticker) ] -- What a revenge!

3 Suns scored at least 24 points as the Phoenix Suns cruised to a 127-71 win over the Sacramento Kings, three days after the Kings won by 18 points.

Shawn Marion, Steve Nash and Raja Bell scored 27, 26 and 24 points, respectively; Marion also had 10 rebounds, Nash 12 assists, and Bell shot 9-of-14 from the field.

"It was a great game for us, overall," Mike D'Antoni said. "We had great shooting for the field today and we didn't gave Kings a chance."

Mike Bibby had 27 points for Sacramento, when Brad Miller posted 11. Offseason signee Shareef Abdur-Rahim added, from the bench, 8.

Left: Marion had 2 blocks.
Right: Kenny Thomas notched in only 5 points, but he grabbed 10 rebounds.

"We came out here running and playing Suns basketball... In my opinion, this was by far the best preseason game we have played. For the most part everyone was helping each other out and being where we were supposed to be at," Marion said. Bibby added: "I got to give them credit; they played a great basketball game. They shot the ball really well. They made great cuts, great reads on our double teams and switches."

* Marion over Kevin Martin
* Bell with the dunk
* Marion with a lay-up, against Garcia
