Blow out in Boston
But AI suffers sprained foot

Iggy stuns the crowd with this monster dunk

Boston November 30 (Ticker) -- The Sixers are taking on the 11-3 Boston Celtics today. There is no Kyle Korver for the Sixers, as he is out with a sore finger. But Paul Pierce is still recovering from a sore foot, and he might only play 20 minutes today. In Boston, the Sixers will try and get back up to .500, at 8-8.
The Sixers were rolling in the 1st quarter. AI had 17 points and the plays designed went through perfectly. Boston, playing half of the quarter without Pierce, had no answer for the Sixers offense. The score was 27-20 when the 2nd quarter started.
In the 2nd quarter the lead just increased. Even when Allen Iverson got his brief rest, the team kept on rolling. All the shots were going in, and all of that was capped off by a Steven Hunter tip-in at the buzzer, to make it 56-43 Sixers.
Would the Celtics make a comeback? No. The Sixers lead just kept growing and growing. All kinds of shots were going in. And the great defense continued, as the Celtics only had 71 points. The Sixers had 94, and AI had 35 points and 5 assists.
In the 4th quarter, the game just got uglier. But there was one negative thing that happened for the Sixers. Allen Iverson suffered an injury and sat the rest of the game.(On a side note, im fed up with injuries. Switching injury frequency to 50.) The Sixers hope he will be back for the next game. Anyway, the Sixers won 129-87.

Felton had a triple double against the Supersonics. 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists. I wonder if this is just the sign of things to come for this promising rookie.

willie green will take his spot. webber and iggy will go up. my goal is to go .500 during AI's absence.

no other way to explain it.

Mr. Wong is, but has reduced the injury to 4 weeks. so some progress was made.

No AI, but against the Hornets, the Sixers prevailed 95-93. At the end of the game, Chris Webber stole the ball. Then, Andre Iguodala hit the game-winning shot with 0.2 seconds left.

The Sixers arent the only team plagued with injuries. Big Stars around the league have gone down recently.

But then, people recover. Such as Kyle Korver.

Also, Some big names posted big performances around the league.

And you would have thought that Detroit would easily win. Rasheed needed all 40 of these points to beat the Knicks.

An even bigger performance, KG dominates with 46 points and 19 rebounds as Minnesota crushes the Lakers.

Next game @ Spurs Dec. 3rd

oh man, you should have pull out AI. you have a pretty big lead.. well, thats life, SHIT happens!!! lol

SIXERS MONTHLY RECAP - NOVEMBER 2005

In a month plagued by injuries, the Sixers went 8-8. There were some big wins (84-57 over Milwaukee) and big losses (149-123 against Clippers). Now in December the Sixers must play without AI, who had 25.9 PPG.

KEY INJURIES

Another injury for Jermaine O'Neal this month, this one hurts more, as it is 4 weeks instead of 2.

Thu Mar 23, 2006 10:10 am

not that good performance for the month (8-8) its too early to be concern but every win and lose counts. you should get more wins nextmonth (Y)

Thu Mar 23, 2006 11:35 am

Short recap. The Sixers beat the spurs 86-82. Due to techinal difficulties at the SBC Center, the box scores were not available.

I had planned to do a long recap, but as i checked if i could train my players, the game crashed. I fooled around using the rating machine and converting it into my dynasty, tried to edit Iversoon (remember, he's injured) and I think that may have totally screwed up this file.

If I can fix it that would be great. However If I can't, I would probably do an all-NLSC dynasty (using 2000-01 rosters, using real NBA drafts until I get up to the present-day).

Thu Mar 23, 2006 11:53 am

not sure with the dbf editing, hope you backed up, that's all....

hey just noticed your monthly recaps, it looks like you copied & spliced my monthly recaps, np

Thu Mar 23, 2006 12:09 pm

The X, ur recaps are great, so i just used those for my monthly recaps.

There is only one possible way to save this dynasty. I had one backup that had the same problem as this dynasty. But i have another backup. It would screw up player and team stats, but it would let me continue, from what i know, and the injury never would have happened to AI :D

So...........should I........

continue with this dynasty, with the stats screw ups OR

retire and move on with another dynasty

Thu Mar 23, 2006 12:12 pm

I like the idea of a dynasty starting up from the past & seeing how it progresses, but in the end, it's really up to you....I'm always a fan of dynasties continuing....lets see what other ppl say

Thu Mar 23, 2006 3:35 pm

its a good idea to start a new ALL NLSC dynasty but i know starting all over again is kinna hard. maybe you should make a poll. 1. to continue this dynasty 2. start new ALL NLSC dynasty.

as X said, in the end its all up to you (Y)

Fri Mar 24, 2006 11:19 am

thanks guys for the support I have gotten from this dynasty. however, I am not able to fix the bug i created which makes the game crash. this dynasty is officially retired. I will be starting an all-nlsc dynasty within the next couple of days
