You kinda let up many points from guys from time to time though, like Nash 44 and Anderson 42... you might need a Ron Artest up in here :P Or at least maybe a Doug Christie

Yeah - I am also finding you actually need good defenders to play defense. 'Specially at the PG position for swipes.

Great dynasty though, Emiliano! The Magic winning? Only with you, only with you.

Why you get all the dramatic finishes with buzzer-beaters and all? But it's good you're sharing them. Good stuff.

good win!

He is hasn't been signed so I could still pick him up and trade him
I might just do that

The season is young...i've noticed that individual players score many points against me. I'll fix it somehow

Im not making up the finishes, I swear. I just get close games and I really enjoyed them. :P

Nice stuff man, looking forward to the next game.

Great stuff. Your games must be so tense. I'm always on the edge of my seat if the game is within 4 points...imagine having to hit that buzzer-beating shot when you are down by one!

I feel you man...I've been there (your situation) a million times.

Wow!!! That was a close shot... I hope that he scores the next buzzer beater, since he will be on my Memphis Grizzles now!!!

Grande Emi!

just started reading your dynasty...nice job! i personally think steven hunter sux, but good luck.

and yeah, 15-14 is nothing to be ashamed of in all-star mode. back in late may, i couldn't beat ANYBODY on all-star mode. in fact, i'd not only lose but i'd get wiped out. so, 15-14 is great. and you'll be better than that soon enough too....

nice espn site Melanie i checked it out it looks real. Also good luck Emiliano in your dynasty

Free Agent Signing

The Orlando Magic have signed Udonis Haslem from the Free Agency for 2 yrs 1.40 mill.

" We are glad to announce the signing of Udonis Haslem. We hope he will bring great talent and effort to this organization." - Magic's GM

"I hope I can help out this team in rebounding and as energy off the bench. That's my main goal, help this team out as much as I can. They gave me an opportunity and I'll make the best of it."- Udonis Haslem

Image ImageImage Why Udonis Haslem: Udonis is a great rebounder. He is young and very cheap to get as well. The Miami Heat released him prior to the start of the 2005/06 season so I did not hesitate on offering him a contract. He will bring more depth and energy off the bench for our team.

That's a good signing. Judging by the games I've played he's a decent player and very good for a bench player.

is that 2 years, $1.4m per season or $700k per season?!? if it is the latter it is a steal....probably a steal either way....nice signing (Y)

It is 700k per season. I figured he is young and talented for me to pass up the opportunity of signing him.

Free Agency Rumors

There have been rumors that the Orlando Magic are thinking about re-signing small forward Grant Hill. A possible sign and trade deal or a deal that could keep Hill in the line-up. Interview with Emiliano Rebon (Magic's coach) up next...

Reporter: Emiliano, are the rumors of the re-signing of Grant Hill true?

Emiliano: Yes, We've actually been trying to re-sign him the last couple of days...

Reporter: Have you guys been succesfull?

Emiliano: Unfortunately, no. He wants a 4yr 30 mill$ contract but we dont have the cap space. We are trying to work stuff out.

Reporter: Well, good luck to you.

Emiliano: Thank you

Too bad about that. It is really aggravating. His expected salary should seriously dip once the regular season begins if he is unsigned.

Sat Aug 13, 2005 2:10 am

damn that stinks but good job signing haslem hes really good

Sat Aug 13, 2005 7:26 am

Grant Hill is missing it...
Dont beg for him, and try to sign Nocioni!

Great job getting Haslem. Good luck bro. (Y)
