I've been posting this on the IGN NBA Live boards and thought I'd see what its like posting it here, Im not using Amare and might not use him the whole season to make it more difficult.3 games into my Season Marion got injured for about 9 weeks and I really struggled in that time, But now that I have got him back things have looked better and my record is now 36-21, I made no transactions in the season and have been working with the likes of Diaw Bell and Jones throughout the year

PHOENIX, March 11 (Ticker) -- With a 5 game winning streak on it's back and a team that is playing superbly well Phoenix didn't expect the T'Wolves to cause much trouble, they were wrong

Rookie Rashad McCants had a stellar game and notched up 25 points while dishing out 5 dimes,Kevin Garnett had 18 Points and 10 Boards for the Wolves who have been struggling and have only won 2 of the last 8 but looked good in this one from the get-go.

Minnesota controlled the pace of the game most of the way through and looked very comfortable going into the final period up by 8 but Phoenix never gave in and gave Minnesota a bit of a scare in the late stages but just fell short and had it's 5 game win streak come to a hault

Lead by a balanced attack Phoenix were to much for the young Portland team who despite the shaky start did manage to draw even mid way through the third quarter before the Suns pushed away once again.

The Win gives Phoenix it's 40th win of the season and also brought them within .5 games of Denver and the illusive second seed in the Western Confrence.

The Suns who have been shooting the lights out as of late continued their hot streak and scorched the Sonics in transiton and were to hot to handle, Lead by Raja Bell who had 28 Points for the Suns including 5 3 Pointers from the Virgin Islands native.

The Suns now have a few days rest before heading home to meet Pacific Rivals Golden State.

No Suprise to Suns that Bell is hitting his stride

Coming off a career week averaging 22.3 PPG Raja Bell is in full confidence and enjoying every minute of his time in Phoenix

"My number has been called lately and I have just stepped up and made the shots, with Steve and Boris etc you know it's easy,I mean they will find me in an open situation 50 % of the time " - Raja Bell

Over the last 10 games, Bell has taken his scoring to another level averaging 16 PPG including 3 20 + games

"We have been calling Raja's number alot recently, he’s responding. He's really confident with his shot now, and we’re confident with him taking it. He’s become a great threat for us and he's taking more liberties" - Mike D'Antoni.

Suns late rally helps edge out Warriors

Phoenix, AZ- March 18 (Ticker) -- Coming off two solid road victories the Suns returned home and meet a fired up Golden State squad who were desperate for a win

Shawn Marion had a huge night for the Suns collecting 35 Points and pulling down 8 rebounds and was huge down the strech as the Suns rallied from a 10 point fourth quarter defecit to out duel the Warriors in Phoenix.

Raja Bell continued his hot form and had 19 Points including 3 3 Pointers, MVP Steve Nash was in his usual form with 17 Points and 8 assists for Phoenix who had 13 more assists then the Warriors.

"They really hurt us in those final few minutes" Warriors star Baron Davis said. "We kind of played their tempo a little bit. You've got to make shots against this team so they have to take the ball out of bounds so they can't outrun us."

The Suns have now won 3 out of 4 vs Golden State this year and with this win now hold the illusive second seed in the West over the Denver Nuggets who trail by 1 game, Phoenix head to San Antonio tomorrow to meet the Spurs for the last time in the regular season.
