BLAZERS ESCAPES A THRILLER AT SAN ANTONIO 97-95
San Antonio,TX--The Portland Trailblazers escapes a thriller at texas on a Brandon Roy heroics.Brandon Raoy scored 26 points 12 in the fourth including the most crucial basket of the day to lead the Blazers 97-95.
During the first half it was a seesaw game exchanging leads.With Parker leading the Spurs during the first half where he scored 16 points gave the Spurs a lead as much as ten,But the Blazers didnt give up creating an 10-2 run leaded by Brandon Roy who scored 6 straight points in that said run.
When the thrid quarter started it was raining three's exchanging one after the another and before the quarter ended Sophomore Energizer Rudy Fernandez that gave some electrifying dunks that gave energy to the Blazers.
In the fourth period Rookie Greg Oden(thats right he's a rookie) gave quality minutes scoring 18 points along with Rookie's N.Batum that also played great who just scored 6 points but that was 6 loud points and with his great hustle doing everything.Jerryd Bayless despite being in foul trouble managed to score 13 points and 4 steals.In the Finals seconds of the game all shots came from Brandon Roy that scored the game-turning point coming from an outlet pass with 4.2 sconds remaining but Tim Ducan did not execute the inbound pass off a time-out that resulted into a turnover w/o cutting off some time.But a baseline inbound that was passes to Greg oden who was fouled 3.4 seconds remaining misses 2 free throws that could seal the game for the blazers but luckily there was not enough time to put up a descent shot even near the Half-court,Tim Ducan grabbed he rebound from a missed free throw but failed to score from end-court.

BR-Pressured?I dont know mixed emotions I felt happy since he gave me the chance,Pressures becuase what if i missed it..I dont know.
Q-What were you thinking when Oden missed the free throws?
BR-Sorry Greg..But i felt nervous since we might lose....
