  • Rick Carlisle- Talk about bad luck, my team just lost their best player and this is the month were we play more than 3 games. If this effects us this will make a drmatic change to everyones plan for "the playoffs". I hope the 30 days just goes by fast because we need our star player back on the field, and plus who is going to replace him now?.

Maybe its a little better, the bright side is that more players will get playing time, and will get more points at a game, because that game going against Seattle had me dreadfully disappointed because of the fact my bench was scoring 12 points all together.

What is a Head Coach surpose to do when you've just lost your star player?

[November 22, NJ Ticker
Indiana Pacers first game without their starting small forward/power forward Shawn Marion. But with Marion out that would mean that Indiana Pacers are going to have to work heavy duty on this match, because of New Jerseys star players Richard Jefferson, J.R. Smith, and the extra talented Chris Paul. The leads just started to pull in for the Nets as the Indiana Pacers were struggling in the first half. Chris Paul had an carrer high 49 points, and finishing with 6 steals. And things weren't looking good for the Pacers as Jason Kidd was injured for an huge amount of the game. And it was difficult for Pau Gasol to do it alone but he finished the game with 44 points, and 16 rebounds.

The Pacers bench tried but they couldn't get it together as the Pacers couldn't get a hold of Chris Paul. Jackson and Korver coudldn't seem to get the 3's to drop not even the wide open ones, as they made the Pacers 3 point shooting percentage to drop to 20, but at the other side showing no weaknesses shotting 3's at 38 percent. New Jersey Nets starting line new that Shawn Marion would not appear this game and they used tha fact as an advantage. Jason Kidd also tried to keep the game close by finishing with 26 points and 15 assists. Pacers are a wreck without their star player...but will this losing streak increase if Shawn Marion remains "inactive".

  • Rick Carlisle- I didn't think my team would struggle without one player but they proved me wrong. Seems there cannot be a fantastic four with only 3 of them. Even though we lost I feel this lost gives my team a lesson...that they need to up their game. I
m going to have to sit out Jason Kidd due to the Nets Game, he almost was permentnatly injured!
  • Pau Gasol- Coach says he want me to make all the shots for the upcomming game. I'm the only one that can still turn this dark lost and convert it into a a sucessful win. I found it strang to why i have to take all the shots but its because Jason Kidd is going to sit out the next game, I disagree with coach because right now Kidd is the leader of the team.
  • Jason Kidd-.............

  • Shawn Marion- Damn the team is really struggling without me, i thought they would win no trouble.
But no worries 15 more days until I return ad we will make up for that lost. Pau Gasol I'm waiting
for you to beat my record still, peace out good luck next game (Y)

Ridiculous. matrix would NEVER dui. You shoulda busted Korver for getting caught with pot. that's more believable.

I'd say trade Kidd now. Because in about 4 years, his rating are under 80, and he's pretty worthless. Get Paul or somebody young + a SG or big man.
