The Story

I Am Back With Another Dynasty. I Got The Idea From SbHzMaFiA (Props To Him). He Gave Me Advice On What To Do, Which Team To Play And Things Like That. The Team I Ended Up Choosing Was The Indiana Pacers. I Will Start Of With Beginning The 2005-2006 Season And Simulating The 2004-2005 Season Without Reggie Miller And Ron Artest Being Able To Play Again. My Dynasty Will Consist Of Pictures Mostly Because I Aint A Good Writer And I Don't Like To Write Alot. The Picture Idea Came From Cocobee. His Dynasty Is Based On Pictures And With NLSC Ballers Which I Will Be Adding To This Dynasty. That's All Am Gonna Write So Yea ... Hope You Gon Like This Dynasty.

Image

Well I Simmed Through The 2004-2005 Season And We Ended Up With 44-38 Record And Ended Up In 4th Place In The East. We Also Ranked 13th In Power Rankings. With That Record It Led Us To The Playoffs But We Didn't Get To Far. Our Opponent Was The Washington Wizards Which Killed Us With Ease In 4 Games. With Us Losing In The First Round, The 3rd Place Team In The West, The Dallas Mavericks Took The Larry O'Brien Trophy Home Beating The 8th Place In The East, The New Jersey Nets In 6 Games. With Winning The Champion, Michael Finley Got The MVP Honors.

Well It's The End Of The Era For Reggie Miller. Our Organization Is Sad That We Couldn't Of Gone Further In The Playoffs. He Has Help This Team For Day One And This Year Has Been Tough For Our Organization. Due To Injuries From O'Neal And The Suspension Of Ron Artest For The Whole Year, He Had To Step It Up For This Team. We Would Like To Think Him For Helping This Club Out And He Would Be Greatly Missed.

Another Person Retiring Is Dale Davis, Our Starting Centre. He Was A Great Mentor To Our Other Centres On The Team. He Will Also Be Missed.

With The 18th Pick We Have In The 1st Round We Decided We Are Going To Go For A Centre, Small Forward, Or Shooting Guard. I Think Our First Proirity Is To Look For A Centre. Since The Dale Davis Has Retired, We Have Pollard And Foster Left. Since We Aren't Resigning John Edwards And Austin Croshere We Are Looking For SF Or PF. Austin Croshere Was Asking For Alot So We Decided Not To Resign Him. Also Josh Edwards Didn't Play One Single Game So He Was Just A Waste Of Our Bench. The Good News Is That I Resigned James Jones And Jamaal Tinsley. Jones Stepped It Up While Artest And O'Neal Were Gone And Jamaal Tinsley, He Has Been A Good Contribution To This Team.
With The 18th Pick In The 2005 NBA DRAFT, The Indiana Pacers Choose ... Sean May Of UNC And With The 48th Pick In The Draft The Indiana Pacers Choose ... Luther Head Of Ilinois. I Really Am A Big Fan Of Sean May. He Showed Me Leadership Through Out The NCAA Tournament And He Was The MVP Of The NCAA Championship. As For Luther Head, He Is Now Teammed Up With His Opponent In 2005 NCAA Championship Game. He Was The Lead Scorer For The Team Who Only Lost Once All Year. As Well As He Was One Of The Reason's That They Only Lost Once.

With The Top 3 Picks Belonging To Atlanta (1), Utah (2), Charlotte (3). Atlanta Choose Utah Star Andrew Bogut, Utah Choose UNC Star Marvin Williams And Charlotte Choose Floor General Chris Paul Of Wake Forest.

We Didn't Have Cash Left And All We Can Do Is Resign Guys That Are Asking For Minimum Contracts. With That I Decided To Resign Jerome James.

Ye That's A Shitload I Said So Lets Get This Dynasty Going.

Pacers Begin The Season With A Trade

INDIANA - The Indiana Pacers Announced Thursday They Have Acquired Zydrunas Ilgauskas And Rookie Fran Vazquez From The Cleveland Cavaliers In Exchange For Fred Jones And Jonathan Bender.

“We Hate To See Fred And Jonathan Leave Our Team, But We Are Extremely Happy To Have Zydrunas And Fran As Members Of The Pacers,” Said Pacers President Of Basketball Operations Larry Bird. “They Are Hard Workers And Are Dedicated To Winning. Unlike Most Players That Concern Themselves With Minutes, All They Talk About Is Winning And Pursuing To The NBA Finals.”

With This Trade, The Indiana Pacers Receives A Much Needed Centre As Well As A Backup One.

Scouting Report On Ilgauskas

Very tall and very talented... An impact player when healthy... Has excellent shooting touch and the expected rebounding and shot-blocking skills of a player his size... Doesn't play much defense... Lacks quickness.

Scouting Report On Vazquez

Very long and athletic... Runs the floor well... Works hard... Blocks a lot of shots. Offensive game is still coming along... Perimeter game needs a lot of work... Some more pounds wouldn't hurt.

I Mistakenly Simmed Through 5 Games Which Covered The First Week And One Game Of The Second Week. First Week We Faced Of Against The Knicks, Kings, Nuggets, Wizards And The Bobcats. Look Like Our Team Is A Team Not To Be Messing With. We Have Won 5 Games Straight That Week Beating Our Opponents By 10-20 Points. As Well As The Return Of Ron Artest, He Is One Of The Reasons Why We Are Winning. His Defense And Offense Game Really Is Helping This Team. Be Sure To Stay Tuned For The Next Game ... DETROIT VS. INDIANA ( The Return Of Artest ).

Ye For All Fred Jones Lovers The Reason I Traded Him Was That I Have Drafted Luther Head Which I Think He Can Turn Into A Good Player In This League. Also Fred Jones Isn't Much Of A Dribbler In This Game You Know.

Nice to see you follow some of my advice. I like the Artest pic with him writing on the board  I wish you could've held on to both Jones and Bender. I just don't see Ilgauskas fitting with Indiana, but it's coo. Nice job on picking up May and Head in the draft too. Looking forward to the next season (Y)

Well you seems to rip the Cavs bigtime.... without Z and Petro, who will be the bigman for the Cavs....

Well at least this will make your team forminable with Z, JO anD Artest playing frontline...

The Cavs Still Got Robert Traylor Who Has A Strong Presence On The Inside Game But Still Has The Height Problem To Go Vs Other Tall Centres In The League. To Back Him Up They Have Andersen Varajao. As Of Now He Seems To Be Doing Good As Back Up Avg 7 PPG And 5 RPG So Far. As For Trading Jones, Cavaliers Got A Much Needed SG They Needed. They Were Highly Interested In Fred Jones And His Athletism.

I hope Jones is gonna' make it with them, even if i think Joe Johnson would fit better to the Cavs in order to make a James, Johnson/Jordan, Pippen team...
