Well as my Wizards season went down the pan due to an overwritten file, operator error lol i tried to reboot it but first Wall got injured then it was Cousins and then Maynor went down for the season so iam taking it as an omen!
Ive picked then Cats to use as there a young team that i can mould in my own little way plus i really like Kemba and MKG !

Il be doing weeky recaps on this and for the first time EVER il be simming a few games here and there but my heart will always lie in New York and this is just a project to keep me focused, funny how i need two teams rolling at the same time so i dont get bored and its something ive done since nba live 95 too!

Being the underdogs is what will help the Bobcats this season, because no one expects them to win many games well this is about to change as the "new look" Bobcats have a new outlook on how to play the game and that is "sharing". There are no Stars on this team only leaders coach Mike Dunlap said before the game and thats how it looked on court with this young team playing like vets.

The Pacers were no match for the Bobcats on opening night only bright spot being Gerald Green who scored a quick 24 points in 20 minutes but other than that it was all Gerald Henderson and Kemba Walker!

The Bobcats took on one of the wests usual power houses the Mavs and caught them with a record of 0-3 which Byron Mullens helped get worst, 23 and 10 for the young center and another 20 point turnout was to much for Dirks boys Chris Kaman the Mavs leader with 17.

The Suns opened with the game with a 10-0 lead due to sloppy passes by Walker and rushed shots on offence and Phoenix took full advantage via Shannon Browns team high 20 points and Goran Dragic had a player of the game award winning 15/5/14 game.

The Bobcats were just happy for this one to end commuting 22 turnovers is never gonna win games and they also shot just 38% from the field worst one being Warrick's open court missed layup (WTF!) Again Kemba and Henderson the bright spots but they need some post scoring and have set there sights on a trade.

The Mavs have started 0-6 so far this season and one of theses losses coming at the hands of this Bobcat team so revenge was on the cards and they didnt hang around making that 2-0 start the Cats started the season such a distant memory.

OJ Mayo found his form hitting 5 3 pointers finishing with 20 points but it was the allstar performance from Dirk with 19 and 14 that was the nail in the coffin ealry, the Cats need some inside scoring as they depend on the outside shot to far and when it doesnt we lose. Simple.

Kemba and Mullens the only two Cats to reach double figure scoring as the Bobcats once again shoot 38% forcing Charlotte into trade talks.

I liked Thomas but he just isnt a scorer and i noticed all my shots were jumpshots and needed to mix it up a bit, it came down to Milsap or Boozer so i picked Milsap based on age and that he was in his contract year, just hope he resigns now!

Things went from bad to worst for Charlotte after knowing off the Wizards at home earlier in the week they fancied there chances against the Twolves but Keven Love had other ideas dragging the Bobcats big away from the basket as he showed why he is such a good 3 point shooter nailing 4 of them for the game finishing with 23 points and 19 rebounds for the player of the game, Rubio also cashed in with 16 points 9 assists.

Charlotte's game got worst when in the first quarter Paul Milsap went down holding his left ankle, he left the game and did not return however tests later proved it to be a mild ankle sprain and he would be ruled ok to face Memphis on Saturday, Kemba Walker lead the Cats with 14 points and Ben Gordon made another case for minutes with 12 points in 12 minutes.

Paul Milsap returned to action after resting his ankle for a few days and Kemba Walker remembered how to shoot again, the Bobcats hosting the Grizzlies it was a good chance to see what the West had to offer in Gay and Z-Bo but other than Rudy Gay's 21 points the Grizz had very little else apart from scrappy D which lead to 17 Bobcat turnovers.

Bismack shut down Zach Randolph on defence forcing the capable forward into 5-18 performance from the field and just 3 rebounds while on the other end Paul Milsap was killing it with 19 points 9 rebounds and 4 assists a few of them coming late in the 4th when player of teh game Kemba Walker caught fire, Kemba's 27 points was a season high.

Nice man. Cool presentation and like the trade too. Works well for you, although losing the pick could hurt. Could perhaps trade one of your young wing players for another first rounder. Not the deepest draft anyway.

Good point. Either way, getting Milsap makes it worthwhile, just need to hope he doesn't demand too much as a free agent!
