The Vancouver Flight - Goodbye, Sacramento

Location, Location, Location!

David Stern woke up this morning, went to his white shoe firm-esque office with his overpriced coffee to see multiple files on his desk. Stern was puzzled, then proceeded to open them up. He was surprised to see the relocation application for the Sacramento Kings, a team that was awaiting approval to sell & move all in the same day. Who bought the team you may ask? Dylan Wiggle, a successful businessman and sports fan invested into the Sacramento Kings, and cannot wait to see a second Canadian sports team in the NBA.

Flight have first ever practice in Vancouver, Canada

The Flight had to take an immediate plane to Vancouver to participate in practice. The hot climate of Sacramento compared to the chilly Vancouver was certainly an adjustment for the squad. The team played an intra squad scrimmage today, and the shining star of the team was Tyreke, who played very conservatively, barely taking any shots. In the short game, Tyreke had 16 points and 9 assists, dishing to teammates Salmons and Thompson. The Flight initiated a pick and roll orientated offense, and it proved effective with the big man DeMarcus Cousins charging down the middle.
