That`s two in a row; Miami does it again
Well, just like last year, LeBron James and the Miami Heat got another title to their list, as they defeated Dwight Howard and the Lakers in the Finals, winning the series 4-2.
Awards:
- LeBron James was the Finals MVP and the season MVP
- Michael Kidd-Gilchrist was the Rookie of the Year
- The Sixth Man of the Year was Spencer Hawes
- Most Improved Players was his teammate, Evan Turner
- As always, the Defensive Player of the Year was Dwight Howard
- Coach of the Year also stayed in Miami, as Erik Spoelstra earned it
Now, with a new season ahead, we shall see, who can knock Miami off their throne.

Four new faces; Playoff year for Bobcats?
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Andre Iguodala are the perfect players to take Charlotte to the playoffs
So, coming off a pretty poor season, the Bobcats have something to look forward to this season. After letting go Byron Mullens, Reggie Williams and not extending the contracts of Gerald Henderson and Jeffery Taylor, Bobcats had to make some big moves in the off-season, in order to make up for those players.
Which they did, big time.
First off, the draft. Bobcats were given the twelfth pick, and a young Shooting Guard from Connecticut was picked, as Tracy Maxwell will be this years Rookie for the Bobcats. Coach Dunlap wasn`t too excited, however, he has high hopes for the draftee. " He wants to play, so, if he proves himself, we shall see how dominant he will be in this league."
Draft over, it was time to look for pieces in the free agency.
Bobcats were looking for a star right from the start, as there were a lot of rumors around Chris Paul, James Harden and Tyreke Evans. However, as these three all declined to sign, a ray of light appeared, as Andre Iguodala was pretty happy to join Charlotte for a run at the Playoff spot. "This team impressed last year, with a great young superstar in the mix (Gilchrist), we can go pretty far."
But, those weren`t the only good players around, as some solid talent was added to the bench. With Terrence Williams, Dorell Wright and Tracy McGrady also in the team, it seems like this team has a lot of firepower.
We will see how the coach will do with this team.

What team will You follow this season?
With a new season here, many teams have got a upper hand, so, to bring you up to date on the top teams, here are the favorites to win the title this season.
Miami Heat- Yes, the team that has won two titles in a row, have the pressure of going for a three-peat. LeBron James (shown above) has also been a MVP three years in a row, so all eyes are on him, and on Dwyane Wade to lead the team to the Finals yet again. Lets not forget Chris Bosh.
Los Angeles Lakers - Well, considering that Dwight Howard is still after a title, the DPOY is ready to take charge again. However, this might be the best season for it, as Steve Nash and Kobe Bryant aren`t getting any younger. Though, they aren`t getting any worse aswell, and the team is still one of the most dominant forces in the West.
Los Angeles Clippers - Last years First seed from West is ready for another good run in the playoffs. Blake Griffin has turned into the best Power Forward in the league and with the signing of Paul Millsap (shown in the picture above), the team is quite clearly a powerhouse. Though, nobody has a clue how this team will go without CP3.
Atlanta Hawks - Last year, Johnson left the team to join the Nets. Now, Chris Paul (shown above) is here, and with J-Smoove and Al Horford, Atlanta has one of the best teams in the East.
New Orleans Hornets - Anthony Davis wasn`t the best rookie last season, however, him and Eric Gordon have gotten the best rookie from this years draft, Cam Blair (shown above). These three players are the new "Big 3", but their young age might be a problem, deeper in the playoffs.
Oklahoma City Thunder - James Harden has grown to a outstanding player, and with Kevin Durant still being great, it is only a matter of time, when Westbrook becomes the best point guard in the league, and OKC becomes the best team in the league.
Philadelphia 76ers - Now, they got eliminated by Miami in the ECF last year, so Andrew Bynum and Jrue Holiday are still after their spot in the East. Though, people still believe that Evan Turner has a lot to show.
Though, this is the NBA, and every team can surprise you.

November
First month gone, the Bobcats have played some great basketball. A 5-2 start in the month of November is a great one, defeating great teams like Atlanta and Philadelphia.
With the season starting off against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Bobcats stumbled. Even though last years Rookie of the Year Michael Kidd-Gilchrist played some outstanding basketball, and put a promising start for the season.
Well, he played even better next game, as he took over the game against the Hawks, including a buzzer-beater that won them the game.
Against the Rockets however, Iguodala and Thomas were dominating, and took full charge to hold the lead, and go on a 2-1 start.
Well, their joy wasn`t for long. Lakers rolled into town, and with Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash and the DPOY, Dwight Howard in the mix, the `Cats gave a good fight, but no match for Los Angeles.
But it seemed like the tides were turning. Bobcats had a easy match against the Nuggets, as Kemba Walker took charge in his first game as a starter. Ramon Sessions missed the last 3 matches in the month, due to a Ankle Sprain.
As the last two games of the month, the Bobcats had no problem defeating the 76ers and the Raptors, as they finished with a 5-2 record.
