It's kinda boring to play with the Heat since they are strong team, so here I am - starting a new association with the Pistons! I'm also creating a custom Draft Class, so if you want to be in it, please post here some basic info, such as age, number, position, weaknesses and strengths etc.

Good luck with your Association! I'd love to see how your Pistons go compared to mine, since we're both using '12-'13 rosters. Will be keeping an eye on this one, definitely.

Greg Monroe, Pistons' Center, started working on his rebounding skills, just a few days before the start of the season. This young Center definitely wants to improve and help his team in the quest for the Ring as much as he can. Reportedly, he said he wants to be one of the best centers in the league and he will give all in to achieve his goal.

He's on a good way. Today, he spent over 6 hours, practicing mostly catching rebounds. His teammates, Will Bynum, Brandon Knight and Jason Maxiell helped him and they were all satisfied and positive about Monroe's working ethics and effort.

Jason Maxiell, 7-year vetaran said :

I like Monroe's will to improve and win. He's a young guy and this is only his third year in the league, so there is much room for the improvement. He definitely has what it takes to be a champion - he has a heart, will and skills. We will see how it will reflect on the floor in this season.

Brandon Knight, on Monroe and himself :

Monroe and I are one of the youngest guys in the league. We were also high draft picks and people expect much from us. We will surely give our best not to disappoint them. Greg is a good guy, I'm sure he will develop his skills on the highest level and be one of the best players. We've been working together for a long time now, and it's been good. Now we just need to show what we got when it counts and we will be great.
