Growing up in a small town mike didn't have much to do but watch ball players and dream. He would constantly beg his mother to let him do city league but the last time he asked she smiled and told him " You've been sponsored". In later years his mother married rich with the iconic and well known shooting guard for Philly (and many other teams) The Answer. His step-father helped him peruse his dream in the NBA now he's here to play the one game that determines his future . He's gonna make it , but the question is will you be here to see it happen?

As he enters the locker room after a hard game that paid off for him he is dreadfully reminded by the note in his lock reminding him scouts are going to talk to him after the game . He gets back in his sweats and calls his mother to tell her the out come .. elites 90 stars 80. then he and his stepfather briefly speak then hes interrupted by the
Milwaukee bucks scout : the first question he answered with enthusiastically but the second question he was skeptical.
Detroit Pistons : Mike really wants to go with this team because his stepfather played here and he's looking forward with speaking with the scouter . The first question he answered he bragged on himself a little telling them he could be the point guard they need in Detroit. The second question he answered the he will only be able to tolerate the rebuild stage a couple years.
Utah Jazz : Mike doesn't want to go here because of the smug line " use our blessing on you" . First question-i want to be the greatest of all time. Second question-of course i feel pressure
Now he goes home and tomorrow is the draft.

Michael is bitter sweet on where he projected to go. Happy hwill be entering the nba but not to thrilled to be projected with the bucks. But his spirits are lifted when his name is called for pick 8 to the detroit pistons. Overcome with joy he puts on the hat and shakes david sterns hand and goes back to his home to express his joy with his friends and family at home.

today i woke up and realized my career officially starts today . on my way to the arena pick up some Gatorade as my rookie duties. got to the arena and suited up and listened to the vets tell me how they felt there first game. many just as i am were nervous beyond compare. but im ready for this and if i do bad all i can do is grow.

my second key game ans once again against the pacers and there my next game to .. hate this schedule .the whole team is shooting practice shot joking about my first key game . today i'm determined to do better.

i come back to the locker room and the coach is an inch away from my face yelling at the top of his lungs about my turnovers . and all i can think about is his coffee breath.





after i got grilled for about 20 minutes i requested a trade to Magic , 76ers , Lakers . Magic because its my favorite team. Sixers just in case magic don't want me and i can follow in my stepfathers footsteps . Lakers just for a championship.

the trade happened and now i'm an Orlando magic point guard . i get to play alongside my favorite players . Jameer nelson , j.j Redick , Glen Davis , Jason Richardson , Chris Duhon , and of course sir whines a lot Dwight Howard . My first game we go up against Miami . i hope i only have to guard chalemers i don't want wade posterizing me .
we lost by 10 pts and i picked up an injury . gonna be out for 2 weeks
