In a match between Hyped Miami Heat and one- time champs Detroit Pistons, in their first meeting Big Shot Billups decimated the opponents with on the fly one touch precision passing and clutch shots worthy of his name. (simulated game, cpu players only, all cpu)

PG CHAUNCEY BILLUPS "BIG SHOT BILLUPS"
SG JERRY STACKHOUSE "STACK"
SF GRANT HILL
PF RASHEED WALLACE "SHEED"
C BEN WALLACE "BIG BEN"

PG LEBRON JAMES "KING JAMES"
SG DWYANE WADE "FLASH"
SF JAMAL MASHBURN "MASH"
PF P.J. BROWN
C SHAQUILLE O'NEAL "SHAQ"

Bench Mob:

Other Billups Highlights of the game:
"Billups Beating Shot Clock over Lebron"
phpBB [video]

"Pistons Share Ball, Grant Hill Kick to Rasheed on a draw and Rasheed scoop pass to Billups for the Fadeaway off balance Buzzer Beater"

All Highlights off a computer simulated single season game on a N64.

Lebron James and Dwayne Wade played like their human counterparts and had great chemistry passing to each other in the first quater so much so it was like a two man game. Shaq did some post moves all game and pretty much just rebounded the offensive end off LJ/Wade misses in the first quater for massive dunks. However waning towards the 2nd half Wade was on bench, wow like in rl Spoelstra tactic, and the chemistry between the heat was not as good but they did surge to tie before the game winner.

it was a pretty awesome game to watch and I was amazed, the roster was a long time in construction and plays eeriely similiar to their counterparts in rl! Hope you enjoyed reading and watching this!

Nah' don't worry man, this section is particularly dead, I've had enough trouble maintaining my association, 'cause I expected a bit more concurrence, but go ahead, the videos are a bit low quality, but it's entertaining, even though I struggled to understand the idea behind it. Keep em' coming!

You'll find that this section goes through spurts of activity, though a lot of people look but don't necessarily comment all that often. Not everyone might be interested in videos of an older game either, but thanks for sharing. :)

Hey guys, thanks for the response :)

I guess the idea behind was I loved that version of NBA live, which I spent many a high school hours playing, mainly on the playstation. The NBA that time period/ year was awesome, it was such an overlap of talent, from the old 90's dream team stars, Jordan coming back rumours, Stockton & Malone, Stephon Marbury Garnett, Tim Hardaway, Glen Rice, etc etc just the best players ever. I loved the rosters and my idea was always to have the best teams (or personal dream matchup favourites) in the NBA in the sense the "best" each team could be, such as uniting Charles Barkley of the old 76ers with Allen Iverson, or the best player combinations of pistons history (Grant Hill/Stackhouse team) that went to the 2nd round in their 2nd year with billups, big ben and rasheed who won the Championshiop. Isiah's piston wasnt involved simply because I didn't grow up reading about that generation in SLAM magazine although I did watch the highlights.

Uniting dream scenarios, making every team awesome and watching Golden State with Run-TMC (Timmy Hardaway, Mitch Richmond, Chris Mullin ) along with Latrell Spreewell take on Jordans Bulls is just plain fun and awesome.

Kinda makes every game the ultimate what-if game lol. The other day I had the Ultimate Heat team take on the ultimate Knicks of that decade and it consists of this roster:

PG John Starks
SG Allan Houston
SF Larry Johnson
PF Marcus Camby
C Patrick Ewing

(and other notable knicks bench)

G Lebron James
G Dwayne Wade
SF Jamal Mashburn
PF P.J. Brown
C Shaquille O'Neal
Dan majerle, and other notable heat benchers

and just awesome to see the matchups. Shaq dunked on camby, got flagrant fouled by larry johnson, Allan Houston hitting treys all over, including one where he waited at the half court line for starks to take the ball over, then caught the pass, dribbled behind past Starks and shot a trey over wade who was still stuck on starks and came late. SWISH!!!

The wade counterpart I made plays a lot like wade, which is awesome. the team is more similiar to the first year that James and Wade got together though, in the sense the team starts hot with wade and james usually passing back and forth to each other but then fizzles in the fourth quater

its mainly more cool what if scenarios, like Shaq in his prime vs Ewing in his prime with the Wade-James Combo as well as the trademark Mashburn and PJ Brown dudes who grace sportscenter heat highlights of that decade.

Allen Iverson was killer in that game, the best player in that version in my opinion, his speed in that game just outclasses everybody else like they were standing still!!!

I was there watching Iverson take on the lakers in the 2001 finals, my god there might be another Lebron, michael jordan type clone like kobe, wade, but there will never be another iverson, it would take a while. His personality, heart, i love the rosters of yesteryear!! :)
