"But Sir! I can prove what I can do!" By that time Xion has many plans in the franchise,

He want's to change their uniform, Arena, Coach, everything on the team as he was thinking this the boss replied "Well then let me see you have no experience right? but you have an personality that can make it up" And then a man call's him Dan Xion! You don't have the criteria we need but I guess boss is right you can make up with your personality I mean you even know the past & present of this franchise" "Really Sir?! Xion replied while hiding his happiness" "The Man at the desk is thinking of Xion while, he is sitting in front of him. Xion was meanwhile nervous of what will happen. The man that was sitting on the desk then picked up a pen and twisted it, The man then stop and said "Mr. Xion congratulation you are hired please sign this paper to continue on" Xion was shocked since he can't believe he was accepted he does not even know what to do Xion then got back to senses and snatched the pen, signed the paper and exited the room"

Xion was jumping in his feet with so much happiness! It only stopped when all of the people was staring at him. He then stopped jumping and said "Hello guys sorry for my actions lately I was just happy" as he stares the people shy. He went straight to the training Facility where the players are practicing. he heard the sound of the sneakers squeaking, the players breathing hardly & the swish of the net when the player makes a a shot. Xion then sits on the bench with the Head Coach, "Hello Sir how are the team progressing now? "They are playing good D we just need a SG who can defend, score & fast. "I see Sir I guess we need to find a way to find an SG as fast as possible" "I guess so hopefully you can help our team get one" "I will definitely do the best I could do" "The Coach then calls a timeout and Xion had a chance to talk with one of the player "Hello how do you feel in this team do you feel great" "Yes I feel great you know we got great chemistry anything you can expect from a championship team hopefully we can find someone to fill that SG position" "I see so you guys really need that SG position" "Yes we do we expect a better roster from you sir your our hope this 2011 - 2012 Season" " I will try my best don't worry!" they ended their conversation since the timeout was expired.

Xion leaves the Training Facility and on the lobby he met the owner of the team they both said their hi's and the owner asked "Hello my dear how do you feel in this franchise?" "I feel great Sir I can imagine our team winning A Championship ring this year" "you are such a handful boy I got a lot of trust to you go make this franchise a championship team once again" "I will sir I promise you" "Be sure to take care always alright my boy?" "I will sir you also take care!" As the owner walks out of the lobby Xion then remembered he forgot his cellphone in the Training Facility he then ran to go back to the training facility" He picked up his phone and saw someone calling " It was his old friend who is now a coach at Memphis Tigers he picked it up "Hey buddy I got accepted as a GM" His friend replied "Wow bro amazing! im so jealous about you! so how's the job so far?" "Well so far so good they are very friendly how's your life their?" "Well me here I am still a College Coach coaching Memphis" "I see oh anyways got to go bye" "ok then bye" Xion then ran up to the exit of the Headquarters "NOT TO MENTION HE IS ONLY 25" he then's go to the parking lot and went to his car but before he went in he said something that was

Just a tip if you're using my rosters: make a couple trades that boost the bench. I don't think I did the Bulls' bench justice when making the rosters. Outside of Taj Gibson, the bench blows.

=== Chapter 1 ===
The First Game

Good Morning Ladies & Gentlemen Im Marv Albert and this is Steven Kerr presenting you NBA On TNT Live between the Chicago Bulls & the Sacramento Kings let's hear the announce introduce both side of the team "For The Sacramento Kings here are your starting Lineup Center Samuel Dalembert, Forward DeMarcus Cousins, Forward Fransisco Garcia, Guard Tyreke Evans, & Guard Beno Udrih.

Meanwhile Xion who was sitting on the crowd watching the jumbotron play the intro of the Sacramento Kings. He was suprised that many people attended the game since he had never attended a NBA Game since he was a kid he can just watch it off the tv after the intro ended he then quietly listened to the Chicago

Bulls starting Lineup: Center, Joakim Noah, Forward Carlos Boozer, Forward Luol Deng, Guard Keith Bogans, & Guard, Derrick Rose. Joakim Noah & Samuel Dalembert was preparing for the tip-off. Derrick Rose & Tyreke Evans were busy talking and the crowds are all shouting, BEAT THE BULLS! BEAT THE BULLS! I myself just shut my mouth and just watched the match quietly

The match then started with the tip-off where the bulls won the tip rose drives to the lane oh! he misses the layup but with a foul. Derrick Rose made the 2 free thow and Samuel Dalembert inbounded the ball to Tyreke Evans. Who brought the ball to mid - court and passed it to a free Beno Udrih. Udrih shot the 3 swish
the PA says For threeeeeeeeeeee! Derrick rose who was upset got the ball that was inbounded by Joakim Noah Derrick Rose then who got mad faked a three and

passed it to luol deng who then drove to the basket to dunk and an and 1. Luol Deng shot the free throw with ease as it hits the net without hitting the rim.
Beno Udrih got the inbounce and jog he did not know that Derrick Rose was in the back and the ball was stolen Derrick Rose Scolded FAST BREAK! he ran to the rim to do a Lebron James signature Dunk me of course went crazy in the crowd and many people was mad at me well anyways the final score of the 1st quarter was 28-25 in favor of the Kings

Well for me I skipped the second & third quarter since I had to talk and get some ideas of who SG's to get. the final he got is 1. Joe Johnson 2. Monta Ellis and 3. Kevin Martin but the problem is he needs more help to decide so he needs help to all of the people Xion was dizzied of thinking all of it. so he just decided to go back to the game and have a good rest at the crowd seat.

When I saw the scoreboard it was 78 - 81 with 1 minute left on the clock Chicago Bulls timeout Kyle Korver was substituted for Keith Bogans who was been tired all they long for trying so many three's exceeding his limit the 60 sec timeout has ended and it was in the hands of Derrick Rose for the tie and the win Chicago used its last timeout so they better do this right as Luol Deng inbounded the ball to rose he drove really fast to the basket but after he jump the things that kings have expected has changed Derrick Rose threw a No look pass at korver who shot a three swoosh it went in!

Kings got the ball back beno udrih got the ball and shot a 3pt with only 30 seconds left but was turned back by rose, Rose got the ball and ran to the other side of the court and did a reverse dunk. the bulls were up 83 - 81 Kings call their last time out Korver intercepted the pass just after it got inbounded Korver then

decided to take a 3 swoosh! another 3 pointer. the Kings inbounded the ball and quickly shot a 2 but missed Gibson rebounded it and threw it to Noah who was
already on the other side but tyreke evans caught up with him and fouled him intentionally Joakim Noah missed the first free throw and got the 2nd one with
only 0.5 left evans threw an hail mary and it did not went in. Thats the game the final score 87 - 81

Derrick Rose was then interviewed by Doris Burke, "Hello Derrick Rose how do you feel that you won your first game this season against the Sacramento Kings. "Well I feel good we just defend attack the basket and shoot some open three's" "How do you feel when you guys were stomped with an 78 - 81 in favor of Kings. "I was a bit nervous that time I did not even expected that we can come back with that kind of time. "Thanks for your time Derrick Rose" "Thank you"

That's it Ladies & Gentlemen the final score 87 - 81 here is Steven Kerr and I am Marv Albert saying goodbye tonight. In the Press Conference I was interviewed "Hello Mr. Xion how do you feel you guys got the win in your debut here" "Well I feel great that we won I just did not expected that since I saw the score when I
came in again I was shocked that we came back to steal the win from the raging crowd in the Power Balance Pavilion and I am so much happy that we won." Xion who was happy when he exited the press conference did not even thinked if he is not a good GM.

"Hello Rick Sund I would like to make a deal for you do you have any players in the trading block at the moment?"
"I have none but if you make a good deal for my player that you want then ill make the deal shortly and pass it in the league."

As Xion got no luck of getting an SG at the Atlanta Hawks he decided to call the Houston Rockets and bingo their General Manager Daryl Morey answered it
"Hello Sir Daryl Morey may I ask if I can get a deal of your Kevin Martin if it is possible then please say to me what you want"
"Oh Xion well you Know I just want 2 of your draft picks and 3 of your players how does it goes?"

"Well I understand what you want but that deal favors you don't you think you cannot just fool me even I don't have experience I got sense of humor."
Meanwhile Deng & Boozer heard this and they talked to Mr. Xion. "Boss! you won't let that happen I mean who the heck like's Kevin Martin replacing Derrick Rose's Spot he is our man our good man!" "Oh I guess so then I need to turn down this deal then" Xion picked up the phone again "Hello Mr.Daryl Morey I would like to cancel the deal since my mans are not interested of teaming up with Kevin Martin." "Oh is that so? Ok well then ill call the league to cancel it bye"

Xion was thinking like heck he contacted 2 already but never gived up and called the Los Angeles Clippers:
rrrrrrrrring,rrrrrrrrrrring, "Hello Mr.Donald Sterling? I am Dan Xion the GM of the Chicago Bulls may I ask if I can deal with your Star SG Eric Gordon"
"Hmm I would not allow anyone to get him unless you give me an offer that is good so you can get my Gordon"

"Sir how about my Joakim Noah for your Eric Gordon sounds good right I mean Joakim Noah can give you many rebounds as you like"
"Sounds fair But I can't just give up Gordon that easy he got high values in this team and besides we already got Blake Griffin who can rebound and even dunk that your noah can't do" "So you mean it is quits like that?" Xion was shaking he doesn't know what to do now that he contacted 3 GM's already he know it is early but he promised the Chicago players an SG as fast as possible that means he can't wait for the trade deadline where the teams agree much much higher. then he said to himself "Ok this is my last chance if I don't get this 4th call right ill just shut my mouth up and sleep the night instead of arguing of other GM's" He gets the phone and dialed GM Larry Riley the GM of the Golden State Warriors.

Xion was exhausted and didn't know what to do when Riley picked up the phone. And He finally answered "Hello GM Riley I am Xion I am just curious if you can trade your Monta Ellis?"
"Well of course my boy just remember you got 1 thing to remember your 2nd round draft pick will be included in the trade that is if its ok to you"

"Sir its ok so let's see you get an SG and a PF and a Second Round Draft Pick is that ok?" A Hard day, A Hard Training

I was preparing to go to the united center gym for the practice I remembered that I was late so I rushed to my car but before I can even get out of my garage a big rain has fallen from the sky, that did not stop me of course I need to get there no matter what. So even I haven't ate I just ordered near an fast food an french fries, Coke & A Chicken. I happily ate it at the car as I hear the sounds of the rain getting louder. Finally I got to the gym and parked my Car.

I entered the gym and Coach Tom was telling me I was late, "Hey Boy your late you should get much better in sleeping next time!" "Sorry sir I just overslept this time" The players were on a 5-on-5 practice and I was amazed on the chemistry of Ellis & Rose I was so happy they got on well that easy. I have talked to Coach Tom about it "Sir how is the rotation is it good do you feel good with Ellis?" "1 question only boy I am not that young to be a fast talker anyways I believe with Ellis he can score, defend & his quickness is just great I can tell easily you did a good job at it"

"Thank's Sir I just done what I have could did" I was able to talk with C.J. Watson and he said that he wants to be traded as soon as possible he wanted to go to heat in the first option and the second was on Dallas. "I said I would be glad to give you a shot at Heat if they accept the deal with a new backup PG" "Thank's Sir I expect that from you, you can make this team a lot more better of course Sir we might meet in the playoffs with me on the heat" "Well maybe in the ECF just like last year"

Monta Ellis challenged Derrick Rose to a 1-on-1 practice match. I myself watched it and was amazed on how they play Monta Ellis scored the first 8 points with Rose having a 0 but this thing amazed me more D-Rose just scored a straight 11 points to win the game! I was shouting like heck I can't believe it, Derrick Rose then comforted me to stop shouting. He did not know but I was a fan of him when he entered the NBA.

"I then told Coach Tom about the trade request of C.J. Watson he told me to get Mario Chalmers if I can or if I go to Dallas I should get JJ Barea but package Keith Bogans also. So I have thank Coach Tom for his opinion and decided whom to pick I am looking at the stats and I saw that both have Identical stats. I don't know what to compare more. So I just said to myself "I can do this all my life I dreamed on being a GM today is I can prove I am fully a Good GM"

The Practice has ended but C.J. Watson was still practicing his shots, "Hey boy why are you still practicing?" "I want to show the Miami Heat or Dallas that I can shoot well" "Shall we play H-O-R-S-E then?" "Sure thing Sir" I started by going behind the backboard and tossing it to catch it in the front and shot it, swoosh it went in! "Good shot Sir let me try that" Watson did that and can't toss it high "you must be joking me boy"

I then did a Barry like free throw of course I was a bit ashamed of the stance... Watson did it too and the ball rolls out. "Oh man come on!" I then shot a sitting half-court and it was short "Oh Crap! Why it did not went in!" "Sir it is just a matter of luck" "I see anyways ready to go home because I am going to close this gym now. So let's go" Ok sir let's go"

The Ill & Injury Game

Damn it!
"Why Derrick is their any problem?"
"Yes Sir I have an stomach pain lately but I can still play sir I assure you"
I smiled and said "I believe in you boy you got a lot of determination that is why you were an MVP last year"
Rose knew he was next to be called so he is relaxing on the exit while me had an bad feeling something will happen"

I watched the game until on the 2nd quarter something came up it was an left arm injury I came to the doctor's room with rose and talked to him about it...
"Hey boy you said you will be ok I thought you can handle yourself."
"Sorry Sir I really tought I can really do it but I guess I was wrong I can't handle myself"
"Anyways do you got anything to say to your teammates before I leave you?"
"Yes sir can you tell them that even without me they should stay tough"

I returned to the game and poof it was an timeout I said what rose would like to say and I was suprised we were down by 8?!
"Let's go team we are in a road trip we should show we are tough even on the away ok?"
they have played extremely good and the lead was cutted to 5 and with my suprise Derrick Rose appeared and was wearing a sleeve to protect his arms
"Rose are you ok now?"
"I am Sir and don't worry because the MVP is HERE!"

He was entered as soon as the ball game stopped, he started his greatness with a steal and a fierce reverse dunk.
I was amuse with what he did especially because of his injuries, I was so proud that I chanted MVP! MVP! MVP!
I was feeling bad for what I did so I stopped.

With only 9 seconds left the game was tied with 77 - 77 Derrick Rose who was playing limited minutes was subbed for the last 9 seconds the clock was running out and Rose was behind the 3 point line and with 2.5 seconds left he shot the three everybody was upset that Rose shot that three since he got an injury he can't shoot well even me was upset so I closed my eyes and I was amazed that the crowd was shouting

By that time I knew no miracle was happen and it did nothing happedn with 0.1 seconds sorry blazers but no Fisher buzzer beater - like
The game was over! the bench was jumping and I clapped slowly and did not even jumped since I was on a bad mood on that time
But I was happy with what Rose achieved an Injury & Ill game

Rose can't attend the Press Conference but I took the chance to replace him
"Hello medias I would like to say that Derrick Rose cannot attend the Press Conference because of his injury lately"
"And I would like to say that rose had achieved an lifetime achievement in basketball to play with a stomach virus & an injury"
