This is nba live 07 with original 06 rosters, and here are the rosters below.

Centers
Jamal Maglouire-75
Lamarcus Aldridge-71
Joel Pryzbilla-64

Power forwards
Zack randolph-76
Raef Lafrenz-73

Small Forwards
Darius Miles-76
Travis Outlaw72

Shooting gaurds
Brandon Roy-72
Martell Webster-71
Juan Dixon-68

Point gaurds
Dan Dikau-66
Jarrett Jack-65

Head coach-I aim to bring in some scorers and defenders through trades and the draft, there are 3 players that i'm looking at right now. Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Shawn Livingston and Andre Miller.

I like z because he's a good shot blocker, rebounder and inside scorer and that's what i want my centers to do. I like Livingston and Miller because they are playmakers, and i basically want my point gaurds to pass the ball, they don't have to be scorers

I'm looking to trade for Andre Miller and i may include a draft pick and another player, a trade that i'm looking to make with the denver nuggets for Miller is, Darius Miles, my 2nd round draft pick and Juan dixon.

I know i'm going to have to give Jamal up along with a second player to cleveland for big Z, that is if they have roster space. I want this team to be known for its high scoring, i'll have this team work on defense at training camps and offense throughout the year, more to come.

Our first game was against seattle, our team had an overall great game with the additions of Zydrunas Ilgauskas, Andre Miller and Ruben Patterson, in cavalier and nugget trades. Portland won 118 to 92 and had a great offensive game

Our bench scored over 38 points, and Zydrunas had 16, Randolph had 25 and Roy had 20, all points. Andre Miller had a great passing game with 10 assists, this will be a very good offseason for our team and hopefully regular season, the draft is very strong and we may still try to trade with milwaukee for their 1st round pick.

We completed several scouting trips, we scouted point gaurd Elmo Lynch, this guy is nice, he can steal and score inside, nba comparison is Rajon Rondo. He doesn't have much of a midrange jump shot and is a very poor three point shooter and he's in the top 15 of the rookies this year.

He'd be a nice addition to this team if we get him, that's why i'm hoping to trade up in the draft while still keeping our 1st round pick, i may involve Martell Webster in a trade for a pick, maybe a second rounder if not a first rounder to some team.

I understand what you are saying, but i was on a slower computer, very slow pc when i did all my other dynastys. And it wasn't fun but i upgraded to a new pc and now my dynastys are more fun to do, i'm gonna continue with this dynasty. The video card on my old pc stopped working that's why i didn't continue with those dynastys, but now i can keep up with my dynastys, on my new fast pc.

Well best of luck then. It's always nice to see a good dynasty and I think you definitely have the enthusiasm for it. Perhaps a mix of box score and description might be needed for your layout? It's great to have an in depth description of your games, but having the stats in the boxscore format usually makes the story more reader friendly. Anyway, do what you want with that advice :)

Next game Portland at Goldent State
Final score-Golden State 98 and Portland 87

Notes about the game
The trailblazers didn't have much defense in this game as they allowed too many players on the warriors to score double figures.

Portland box score
Ilgauskas 28min 6-9 fgm 13 pts 6 rebs 2 stl 2 blk
Z.Randolph 37min 6-13 14 pts 11 rebs
T.Outlaw 40 min 6-14 15 pts 3 stl 3 blk

Not much offense from our team leader as Brandon Roy only scored 4 points and went 1-7 from the field, we had a decent bench as we had 9 from Webster, 8 from Aldridge, 6 from Dikau and 6 from LaFrentz.
_____________________
Golden State box score
J.Richardson 41min 27 pts 2 stl
B.Davis 37 min 18 pts 9 ast

There were plenty of bench points on the warriors side as Pietrus scored 10 points and Biedrins scored 11. It seems that i have to have my assistants train some of my players in their defensive skills, i'm going to be developing Brandon Roy's offensive skills as well from time to time so he can become a great scorer, i'll also work on his defense and develop him into a defensive stopper.

More trades may be coming, and i won't do recaps of every single game, just a few games per month.

Transactions
Portland signs Jonnero Pargo to a 2 year contract, reason? For his three point shooting ability.

Big trade between the raptors and trailblazers
Trailblazers send Pargo and Outlaw to raptors for Bargnani

We wanted to boost our offense at the big man position in order to spread the floor, we have a couple of low post players in Randolph and Ilgauskas, we we have a 3 point shooter in Bargnani, now we need some more draft picks.

Big trade between the nuggets and the trailblazers
Its a very strong draft this year and we want as many draft picks as possible, especially since we'll be in the top 20 this year

Trailblazers send Zack Randolph, Martynas Andriuskevici and our 2nd round pick to denver for Nene and the nuggets 1st and 2nd round picks.

We loose a great big man in Randolph but we also gain a great center in Nene. We'll make 1 or 2 more trades, hopefully to get picks from milwaukee and indiana since they have cap space and roster space.

Trade between the bucks and trailblazers
Portland sends Josh Davis to Milwaukee for their 2nd round pick

We need just one more trade to complete our team for this year at least and that'll hopefully be for Memphis forward Rudy Gay.

Offer accepted
Unbelievablly the grizzlies accepted our trade proposal for forward Rudy Gay, we send our 1st round pick and Dan Dickau for rookie forward Rudy Gay, now we have a star forward, and they have 2 1st round picks and a 2nd round pick in this years very strong draft.

We tried to be as fair as we can be and i think this was a fair trade because they now have 2 1st round picks in a very strong draft, hopefully they'll draft a small forward and a center, they desperatly need a center.

Those are all the trades that we'll make this year.

Team needs
This team needs a deeper bench who can score some points, and that's the reason for all the trades for draft picks so we can draft some offensive players.

We want to boost our front court with 7'0 big men, a center, a power forward, and possibly another wing man, mainly a small forward.

Our assistants have been working on Andrea Bargnani in his overall game, so far though just athletics and defense. Our next assignment will be to train Rudy Gay with both assistants on his offensive skills.

We have a few ideas at what we want to draft first, maybe one of these two point gaurds or something entirely different, we'll just have to wait and see, what's available.

We have two more months left in the regular season and it looks like we maybe mathamtically out of the playoff race. We really like Dijon Erwin because he has a great offensive game.

He can pass and he can shoot the midrange and the three, we'll probablly draft him first since Andre Miller is getting old and he won't be as good as he once was when he starts aging.

Denver 49-22 clinched playoff birth and clinched division
Minnesota 38-34
Portland 33-41

Draft
League owner-With the 26 pick in the 1st round the Portland trailblazers select R.Motel
Commentato 1-This was a decent pick for the 26 overall pick in the draft, Motel is 5'11 214 pounds and 20 years old. He's a point gaurd who didn't go to college.

Commentator 2-He hasn't missed many games so far in his career, he has a solid jump shot and he won't loose the ball due to his dribbling ability. He has some nice point gaurd skills.

League Owner-WIth their 2nd pick in the draft, the portland trailblazers select S.Boskovic.

Commentator 1-Wow! They drafted a small forward! That's what they really needed to begin with, a decent small forward who could be a good backup to Rudy Gay.

Commentator 2-Yeah you're right, he's a gifted offensive rebounder, he has good speed in transistion and he brings great energy to the court.

Commentator 1-He just needs to add some weight to his frame, he's 6'7 and only 191, and they drafted another player who didn't go to college a 20 year old.

League Owner-With their 3rd pick in the draft, the Portland trailblazers select G.Peters.

Commentator 1-6'11 center 262 pounds and 22 years old out of BYU, he's hardworking on the offensive glass, he lacks a first step to beat defender and he's somewhat injury prone.

Scouting
Player scouted
Very weak draft we are scouting a 19 year old 208 pound small forward by the name of Ronnie Scott, he has excellent potential and is projected to be in the late 1st round. He can't pass or do any kind of rebounding but he does have decent strength. I don't think we'll be drafting him.

But you never know, he could improve a lot and become a decent, not great star in this league. I'm really looking for a center or power forward in this years draft, because i'm looking to get rid of the contract of Raef Lafrentz, who's also aging, although he's still a decent shooter from midrange and the three point ling.

Player improvements
Rudy Gay-Blocking, defensive awareness, defensive rebounding and offensive rebounding
Andrea Bargnani-Toughness, jumping and stamina

Next training targets are Nene in his defensive skills and Brandon Roy in his defensive skills.
Northwest division
Denver 21-8

Seattle 16-15
Portland 12-15
Minnesota 11-18

Brandon roy press conference about his team and future plans and goals

Image

Media:Brandon, how do you feel about this year's portland team?

Brandon:Well, i like this years team, i think we've really improved after training camp, and i think we might make the playoffs this year.

Media:What do you think of the teams' additions in the past couple of years, including this offseason with the rookies?

Brandon:Well first of all, a while ago we got Nene, he's a great young player with a lot of upside, he's 25 years old now and is slowly improvin in different skills. I also got some veteran help at the shooting gaurd position, which includes a highflyer and outside scorer Vince carter and the sharpshooter Jamal Crawford. I can learn from those players. We have two great playmakers at the point gaurd position in Andre Miller and Shawn Livingston. As far as the rookies, as you know, we only have one and that is our 21 year old point gaurd Roman Motel. He can shoot threes but he struggles with his midrange game, he just needs to work on his athletiscism and defense because he's weak in those areas.

Media:Are you happy here in this city?

Brandon:Yes, i love it here, its nice and quiet.

Media:Do you think this team will ever win an nba championship?

Brandon:Yes, our assistants are working hard to help improve me and my teamates skills, and along with practices, we should be a great team in a few years, i hope we get some good rookies this year, i think we need some forwards, a small forward and another power forward, because i've heard rumors that Raef will be leaving us soon. Any more questions?

Media:No
