Washington Wizards Dynasty [Live08] 2-6 / 3rd Recap Released

Like your recap-style. Sucks your just 2-6.

thank you sir Martti.. as on my standings, i have a few things in my mind now. trade someone for a go-to-guy or play the season and hope for a good draft slot.

In Live '06 (not sure about Live '08 but it must be the same thing) you can alter Player's color/appearance by messing around with the file called,

"APPEARANCE.DBF"

I would HIGHLY recommend doing this on a saved "TEST" version of your dynasty first and NOT your current until you're more familiar with it; otherwise you might screw things up permanently in your dynasty!

Hint: "APPEARID" is related to the Player's "PLAYERID" in the "PLAYERS.DBF"

Good luck… btw, great win over ORL; lucky you had Miller since your guards were collectively horrible (8-34 between Howard/Livingston/Foye/Boykins - ouch!)

Man the plyr001 is just a sample cyberface, you can change that by putting first two letter of the firstname and the first five letters of the lastname(ex:KOBRYAN,LEJAMES,CHBOSH_). If the lastname had only less than five letters you will replace the missing letter with "_" . Hope this help and as Clutch said lose the sir stuff.

anyway, i want the players to have their own face.. if i put the KOBRYAN, LEJAMES, etc. then kobe, lebron, etc face will appear as their id. how can i change that id but the cyberface is still the same as real players? example, i want the kobe's cyberface without getting his id.

headshapes are directly tied into this field of the "players.dbf" file

but again, if you're not even sure what you're looking at? i'd advise you to just leave it alone; if you insist to mess with it, do so with BACK UP COPIES - you've been warned... proceed at your own risk lol

You want to have a kobe cyberface but not his i.d right? then open KOBRYAN.fsh file (a cyberface file) using fshx then save as another filename (ex: JUMARTI) then use that id to your player.

thank you kabayan! but.. i can't find kobe and even wade in the sgsm folder. some of the players are not there. i didn't even see amare.

download big gui then use it to open viv files in the players folder inside the sgsm folder. I don't know what viv file it is but I'm sure you can find it

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! after 2 to 3 days of disturbing you guys, now i know what to do on all of the rookies. i'm thinking of putting NLSC draftees on this dynasty but as a first timer in recap writing i'm not sure if it will work well.. i guess i'll put myself first on this dynasty to give a little bit twist.

boredom strikes!

i read some of the dynasties and got inspired to redo this dynasty.. include NLSC draftees, team preview, team overview, etc.

shall i make a new one?

A new one what? a dynasty? i think that most of the guys that includes nlsc draftees completes (eventually simulates) 1st season of their dynasties, working on putting draftees before the future nba draft. And I think that it's the best way.

what if i simulate the current season and begin a new season which will include 5 NLSC draftees? with all of them are 80 overall.. oh my, i just got excited of the draftees cause this will be my first time to do that after studying the editing and stuff.

i'll start a new thread.. this thread didn't even reached 2 pages, lol.
