Thanks Sit.

Recaps are good, keep them up.
Haha...you win some and you just have to lose some, especially against the Jazz...
Thanks.

Aldridge leads the Blazers past Mavericks
Shooting threes is good, as long as you are making it. But when you don’t, and still fell in love with it, then that’s a problem.
In the opening quarter of the game, both teams are too sloppy to defend. They are just trading baskets and possessions. No defense, no rebounds, just shooting spree. This is the fast-paced game that Mavericks always likes. It’s just that, their shots are not falling. At the end of one, the Blazers lead by one, 20-19. The Mavericks were 9/22 in the field, going 0/5 from 3 point land. Rick Carlisle slapped each Maverick that they should play defense, however, a slap isn’t enough.
The second quarter started with 7 consecutive points of the Blazers. They gave the Mavericks the dose of their own medicine as they built their lead through fastbreak points. On the other side, the Mavericks continue to struggle as they go for 17/48 field goals and 4/17 from downtown. At the half, Blazers still lead, 53-39.
With 5 minutes remaining in the third, the Blazers look to pull this off as they built a commanding 20 point lead, 61-41. Just when they thought it’s already over, the Mavericks worked hard for an 18-8 run.
The quarter ended 80-72, still Blazers in command.
Dirk knew he is the Mighty Maverick and became determined to come back at 4th quarter. Suddenly, the energy kept on flowing as they rushed for 9 straight points in just 2 minutes. They got their first lead at 80-81 with 6 minutes remaining. The game became on the line in the remaining minutes. The crowd was on their feet, cheering and supporting their home team. With 1:10 remaining, Howard stealed the ball and went for the slam as the game was separated by a hairline, 95-94 Portland. However, the Blazers aren’t gonna surrender their big lead for a loss, as Rudy Fernandez made a quick smooth three just after the ball was inbounded. With only 1 minute remaining, Dallas was down by 4, 98-94. Carlisle decided to give the ball to the struggling franchise player, Dirk Nowitzki. But the Mighty Maverick didn’t became mighty enough to work his clutch. As he missed the three after their tmeout, the Blazers made the free throws and pull away by 6, 100-94, with 40 seconds remaining. Marion’s best performance as a Maverick was overlooked as they lose the game to the Blazers, 109-105.
POTG:

With his great all-around performance, LaMarcus Aldridge was named as the player of the game. He finished with 23 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 blocks and a steal, going for 10/12 in the field.
“I just felt I’m in the zone this game. With Brandon Roy struggling, I knew the other guys had to step up for the W, and I’m one of them. I completely own my guard in the game. Dirk who?” LaMarcus said, as the crowd booed him for his arrogant words.
In the press conference after the game, Dirk was asked about Aldridge’s remarks. Dirk briefly said, “In the next time we will face, you will know…and remember my name.”

Damn, 42 threes attempted. Dirk just 2-15. Try attacking the ball more or shoot more inside shots. Just 9 free throws isn't much.

Yeah, I just mistakably pushed the lay up button, luckily the shot went it!

Maybe we became more impatient to go back in the game, that's why threes became our first option to score...speaking of attacking the ball, Kaiser D. is thinking of some trades for a great slasher...also for a dominant center, any
realistic suggestions?
