As you know at this time the celtics were a very bad team, my goal is to make the playoffs in 3 years. We have a long road ahead of us, paul pierce is a free agent this year, we may or may not resign him, we may wait until after the draft to sign him. I plan on building this team first, by hiring a good staff, signing players, trading and drafting talented rookies.

Our assistant head coach has at least an a development grade if not an a+ and the rest of our staff is good so our staff is all set to build our team into a winning franchise.

Training camp:We worked mostly on offense then a little defense and athletics, hopefully after training camp we'll have some good results. I'm planning on turning gerald green into a defensive stopper and an ourside scorer, my point gaurds into stoppers and playmakers as well. Ryan gomes should see a bit of improvement as well, depending on what type of draft it is i may or may not scout much.

Training target:Leon powe 100 percent in offense, we hope he can become a good midrange shooter and inside scorer, he's a free agent and we're hoping that we can resign him.

This guy fits into my system some what of my running and gunning style, we may draft him if he's a good midrange shooter, if he's not then we may still draft him because he can block and rebound and if we don't resign jones, he'll be a nice replacement. A big man who can run the floor and play defense. I'm thinking of getting a power forward and a center or if not a center, i could make a trade for martell webster and lamarcus aldridge sending kendrick perkins and a point gaurd and another player to portland.
