Welcome to my new association. This will be aproximately the 100th try, but it will also be the best one. Why? I improved my English, I am playing NBA 2K10 on highest details, and I am making this just too keep myself from being bored. Hope you will enjoy this as much as I will.

Nene Is in New Jersey

Trade News: Nene is in New Jersey

Big news have been anounced in the NBA. Nene Hilario, now a former Nugget has been traded to the Nets in an exchange for Rafer Alson, Trenton Hasell, Chris Douglas-Roberts and a 2010 second round pick. Some say the Nets gave up too much for Nene, but if you look the players they gave, they haven't lost much. Rafer Alston was a backup for Devin Harris. Now Keyon Dooling is, and he is more than dapable of doing that. Chris Douglas-Roberts was also a backup, for Courtney Lee. How that he is gone, Jarvis Hayes will get more time too show his skills off the bench. Trenton Hasell was on the inactive list, and a 2nd round pick isn't really much.
"I am happy of being a part of the New Jersey Nets" Nene stated after he founded out about the trade. The Nuggets get 2 good bench contributors and both sides will come out stronger with this trade. Nene is just what New Jersey neede, a good big guy. Alston and Douglas-Roberts will fit perfectly in Denver's uptempo style of play. Will this trade be enough for the Nets and will they make the playoffs this season, stay tuned to find out.

Nene has averaged 14.6 points, 7.8 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game in the last season he played for the Denver Nuggets

That's definitely a good trade for you, but I don't know why Denver would go through with it. It's a little unrealistic. :| You should have traded them Brook Lopez instead of one of those three players. Anyway, good luck with this association. (Y) As Sit said, make Yi a star. :D

XxHyperDunk24, It's a good trade, but not that unrealistic. Douglas-Roberts and Alston fit perfectly into Denver's style of play, and besides, now the Birdman will be starting ;)

Martti., I doubt it, as he will barely get some playing time ^^

Keep following guys (Y)

Nets suffer big loss in season opener

Big Al run ragged The Nets in a big win for the Wolves

NEW JERSEY -- (AP) -- The Nets haven't started the season greatly. Infact, it was a blowout. New Jersey couldn't find an answer to Al Jefferson's constant dunk and his points in the paint. Big Al had 26 points as the T'Wolves crushed the Nets 102-79.

There was some bright sides, though. Nene, a new addition to this talented team, had a great night, as he scored 21 points to go with 7 rebounds. The Brazilian really showed that he is worth of giving up 3 players. "Nene is really a great player, I look forward to seeing how far will the Nets team push this season"-a Nets fan stated. But Nene's great effort wasn't nearly enough to win this game. Other than Al Jefferson, Corey Brewer and Johny Flinn really performed. Corey had 23 points as he knocked down jumper after jumper, finishing with a FG effort of 11-14. Flynn had a double-double. He justified his early selection in the draft with 11 points and a terrific 14 asists. "I am really blessed to be playing with a player like Johny Flinn. He has constantly founded a way to give me the ball for easy buckets" -Al Jefferson stated.

Devin Harris and Brook Lopez both had a decent game, with Harris having a double-double. The up and coming Point Guard had 18 points and 13 assists. Not bad for a shoot-first type of player. Lopez finished 12 points and 3 blocks, but only had 5 rebounds, which is weak, considering he is a Center.

The game was a close one in the first half, as there were constant dunks and acrobatic layups. But in the second half, Minnesota got to a 8-0 run, and New Jersey never caught up. Convincing performance by the Wolves, to say at least. Devin Harris showed how stronger he got in the offseason by a couple of outstanding dunks. Hopefully the Nets will recover from this loss in their next game against Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic.

Neat layout, some nice pics. Tough loss against the Wolves. Nene did quite well. The trade is pretty unrealistic though. The Nuggets have no interest in letting Andersen start since he brings intensity off the bench which he cannot sustain as a starter. Further they have Chauncey as a starter and Carter + Lawson backing him up. So they do not need Alston. And only for D-R? Well at least they could move Melo to PF and let DR play but he is not good enough I guess.

Still who cares, as long as you have fun. Keep it up, good luck!
