Live 09 Celtics Dyansty

Hows it' going everyone, I'm new to the forums, but not new to the Dynasty/Franchise posting. I've been a member of Madden Tips posting Madden Franchises for a couple of years now and just picked up NBA Live 09. I'm going to be using the Celtics, since, well, they're my favorite team. I thought about a Fantasy Draft, tried it a few times, but could never find a team I really enjoyed. So, my team will listed below.

After a tough loss to the Pacers on Saturday, the Celtics came right back with a dominating performance against a solid Houston Rockets team. Garnett led the team with 38 points while Ray Allen added 21 in the win. Kendric Perkins was just two rebounds shy of a triple double with a great game. The bench came alive late in the game while the starters rested; Patrick O’Bryant and Leon Powe lead the bench with 8 points each.

So, just to update. Up to this point, I have played each game, that may change just to save myself from losing interest. I'm not sure how I will set it up yet, but it might just come down to random games. I'll continue to post the quick box scores for the games, even if I simulate them. Eventually, once I get into this a bit more, I'll have a bit more of a storyline as well as a game recap.

On another note. Could any of you actually see the Celtics trading Pierce? He's really not working that well for me and I've been giving the offer of Paul Pierce for Gilbert Arenas, straight up... Arenas holds a contract that is roughly $3 million more, through six years instead of Pierce's three. I could really use a good shooting PG as Rondo has been pretty unreliable lately. My SF position would be lacking, but my scoring would in turn, take great jumps.

Okay guys, I don't know what the problem is right now. This is my second copy of NBA Live and every time I try to do anything, I get a "Disc Unreadable" message. It's not my console, all my other games are working fine. So, for now, this is probably dead, just because I can't play games. I literally just bought this game, took the plastic off, start it up, and I didn't even load my Dynasty and it was already broken.

Man all i can say is maybe when the game was in the xbox system you touched it or moved it a litle bit and that rresults in a scrtach

where are the screens? if you can, can you post some screens?

Well i can't see the celts trading pierce but, that doesn't mean that you can't do it. I think you should trade pierce and a couple of young players for a center and a small forward, maybe bring gerald green back to the celtics or something. I think you should do a three for two deal.

maybe trade Pierce to get a younger SF and a 1st rounder to a team really stinking it up. Another idea see if you can get maggette and a 1st round pick for Pierce.
