Iverson, beat his former team, Bobcats win over Pistons, 105-95

AUBURN HILLS -- 2nd half domination.

Bobcats outscored Pistons in the 2nd half, 58-37 to win their first game of the season.

The Answer lead his new team with 33 points, 5 assists, and 2 key steals to seal the game versus his former Detroit team. Iverson is 8/17 from the field, 3/6 from the 3-point line and 14/14 on the charity line in 25 minutes.

D.J. Augustin added 18 points and rookie Demar DeRozan added 17 points with 9/10 from the free throw line.

Jason Maxiell lead the Detroit with 18 points and 13 rebounds in 36 minutes. Gerald Wallace, who only scored in the 1st half, contributed 15 points and 7 rebounds versus his former team who traded him to Detroit last summer.

"I feel good at the line. I think, those fouls cost them this ballgame. I made 14 and we lead by 10." said Iverson.

The Charlotte Bobcats will play their next game at home versus the defending east champs, Orlando Magic.
