How do you raise Team morale?

I just started a association with Detroit. I've made some trades, but the guys I traded for have low morale. Their ratings are at least 10 points lower, with a red arrow pointing down. What does this mean? and how can I raise team morale? Also noted that my team chemistry is zero. Again, what does this mean, and how can I correct it? Thx.

Wrong section. Highlight the low morale player in question, bring up his profile, then one of the menus will show a 0-100% morale meter, then a comment under it, explaining why he's happy or unhappy.
