Chapter 1

Chic woke up in the middle of the night. His phone was ringing. It was his manager Mark. “ Hey, do you know Denver GM just got fired . ”
“ So? Who cares? ” asked Chic. “ Man, you might be the new one...” Mark said.
“Man don't joke with me. It's 3:03 AM. I don't have time for this . My god you are crazy.” Chic responded angry.
“ We meet at 9 AM in Denver with owner of the team." Mark said.“ Are you serious ?” Chic asked.
“ Yap, you have 5:55 hours left. See you there. ” Mark answered.

Chic went in to the car and went straight to Colorado. “ Colorado, here i come.”

While driving Chic was thinking how did this happened and he realised he told a good friend of the Nuggets owner once that he would love to take
a GM position jokingly. And the guy just told him. “ I'll tell Warkentien to give you a try. ”
Chic was shocked. He thought about the team about everything. About his first GM job. He was shaking.
Melo, Billups, Nene, Kenyon.. Wow.... If I could just add one more superstar and finnaly bring ring to the Nuggets...
