Tyrone lived a life where basketball was his only friend. Father was an alcoholic and mother had no support. He went to school, playing basketball, hoping to make it in the NBA one day. He averaged 21.3 PPG and 8.3 RPG while playing for his high-school. Suddenly, a coach from Memphis wanted him to play in college. Connon was all up for it, as he left his home-country and flew to USA, making his dream more realistic then ever. By the time he was 20, he had dominated in the NCAA, scoring close to 29 PPG and catching 11.1 RPG. With his play, he still was practicing every day and every night. His coach had high hopes for him, so he signed him up for the NBA Draft.
That when Tyrone said " I am never going to stop training...not till I make it."

Right at the start of the combine, Connon was showing his greatness.
But what mostly amazed all the players and recruits, was his Bryant-like fade-away shot.
He still needed to work hard on his defense, as his game was mostly based on his offense and rebounding.
But with knowing new people, he started to work on it. Players like Cousins and Favors taught him a lot about defending.
Tyrone was a player who worked harder then anybody, as he never left the court when things were not done.
However, it was all worth. At the end, he averaged 30.3 PPG and 9.3 RPG, making him one of the steals of the draft.
His draft stock was high, as he was a sure lottery player.
And with the 11th pick, he went to the New Orleans Hornets. Guess CP3 has another player to dish out to.
With a smile on his face, he was a Orleans player. Thing however were not over, as he still had to complete the summer circuit.
The question is : "Will he Make It?"

Connons first game was against the Heat, as he had to guard Shaw
Needless to say he was no use, as Tyrone looked forward on making a great debut
Even if it was Beverly or Chalmers, he made sure that he was a menace to handle
With finishing with 33 Points and 13 Rebounds, he made sure that he was a sure pick for the team
Against Cleveland, Connon had a chance to shine against Daniel Green
But Green was no good, as Tyrone still effectively scored against anybody
Finishing with 28 Points, Hickson however did hold him to get only 4 Rebounds. A stellar game no-matter
Another game, another victory. This time, it was in the hands of the New York Knicks
With having another successful night, he had to chance to guard Walker, Douglas and Anthony
Still, 26 Points was enough to get the win
Against the Celtics however, the man showed that he can do a lot else than just score
With his fade-aways still hitting greatly, he finished with 20 Points, 12 Rebounds and 7 Assists
And with that, the Summer Circuit was over, and Connon was happy to finish it with a bang
The question again however remains "Did the man make it?"
Well..I will give you a hint

It had come, the greatest night for Connon, as he made his debut against the Bucks.
His first shot was a fade-away two in Maggettes face.
But with them losing really painfully, it was not easy, as Tyrone did not have a good debut.
Against the Nuggets, he stepped up his game.Dropping over 20 points.
And with that proper game, he really earned respect from West.
Against the Spurs, Connon had one of the more exciting players against him, Manu Ginobili.
Although his game was not as good as his last one, he got more respect from the team.
In Houston, it was hell all loose. The man was on fire, dropping a new career high and hitting every shot.
It was the first time actually when Tyrone showed his rebounding game.
Against Miami, the man had a chance to show his skills against his favorite player: Dwyane Wade
At first, Connon grabbed 10 rebounds, while scoring less than 4 points.
But, he fired up against LeBron, dropping a 20-10 game, but still losing.
Now, the man wanted revenge against Milwaukee.
He fought hard, but it was no use going against the tough defense.
Still, he was happy as they one the game, and he finished his first two weeks in a positive note.
