08/09 Season Review


Tim Duncan won the MVP for the third time with 20.8 ppg,9.1rpg,3.4apg and 3.0bpg.
As expected,Derrick Rose took the ROY award.
Gregg Popovich took the Coach Of The Year award after the Spurs went on a 57 - 25 record.
The Clippers finished last in the Western Conference with 23 - 59 record.
After a long postseason the Celtics took their 2nd straight championship after beating the Jazz 4-3.
Kevin Garnett won his first Finals MVP award.
Coach Dunleavy retired after 16 years of work.

OFF-SEASON


Reggie Theus,the former Kings head coach,was hired to work with the LA Clippers.
Clippers will choose 2nd in the Draft.
The Clippers select Blake Griffin and Lonnie Peeler.
The Clippers signed Blake Griffin.
The Clippers Trade Zach Randolph and a 1st round draft pick from next year to Warriors in exchange of Jamal Crawford,Ronny Turiaf and Antohny Randolph.
The Clippers Trade Marcus Camby to Lakers for Trevor Ariza.
