[QUESTION] Why no rookie challenge and AllStars Sat

As above....
i am halfway through my 2nd season and i played 29 games per season. I noticed that there was no rookie challenge and All Stars Saturaday during my 1st season, anyone else have this problem?

There has never been the Rookie Challenge or All-Star Saturday in the recent NBA 2K series games as far as I am aware of, only the All-Star Game.
