(08) Memphis Grizzlies Dynasty

Hello,
I am currently playing in a Memphis Grizzlies Dynasty instead of the Jazz. Now why the Grizz?
- Strong guard and forward combination in Rudy Gay and Mayo
- Western Conference
- Team is under cap (Alby's)
- Team is young and has an excellent potential
I'll try to make my dynasty as updated as possible. I will also include some pics but it will not really help because I have a poor video card and the courts show in dots and sandy particles.
I consider the 07-08 season to be the 08-09 one because I use RR8 and it already reflects contracts for the 08-09 season.
I will simulate the 1st half of all the games and intervene on the 2nd half.

Quarter Length: 12 mins Sim, 8 mins Playing
Level of Difficulty: All-star (Regular Season until 1st Round if ever I reach the playoffs. Superstar (Beyond 1st Round)
Sliders: Personal
Rosters:Slightly Adjusted Alby's RR8
