Donatello's 06 Blazers Dynasty 0-1 (Fantasy Draft)

Well since 07 blew chunks, I've decided to resinstall 06 and fire up a new dynasty. Not planning on getting too in-depth with it, but I'll probably post updates fairly often.

Team: Portland Trailblazers
Season Length: 29 games
6 min quarters, All-Star (tweaked)

I decided to go with an 'underdog' feeling, so I gave myself the first pick but got mostly (well, all) not-so-great players. My first pick was a created player of myself, who ended up being 75 overall, and he is by far the best player on the team. Everyone else is mid-60s at best, I think. It should be entertaining.

The Blazers have waived Josh Smith and center Scott Williams
The Blazers have signed free agent guard Eddie Gill and center DaSegana Diop to 3-year contracts.

Game 1:

At home vs. Manu Ginobili and the Clippers






We started strong and ended strong, but our horrible play in the second and third quarters completely killed us. I'm extremely unhappy with the play of Skita and Khyrapa, I'm thinking about just releasing them flat out and signing a couple of replacements. Bernard Robinson was a pleasant surprise off the bench, I expect he and Jerome Beasley will get more playing time next game.

Donatello, lol i know, but how Josh Smith can have an expiring contract? He is like on 2nd year in your dynasty. And rated pretty good. I guess there is some misunderstanding...

Anyway, this dynasty makes me wanna start 06 dynasty as well
