Nobody Know's

Tue May 23, 2006 1:03 pm

Hi guys. I'm new here and decided to make a Dynasty Story. I don't really want to start one without pics and stuff, and I don't have the game on PC and my digital camera doesn't work. So for now, I will just show you guy's a deep story line, but it will still include Basketball. Think of it as Sit's ''A Legend Is Born'' But I know I am not nearly as good of a writer he is, but this is a Dynasty story which right now only consists of story. But Basketball and the NBA will still be involved, and I am still playing the games.

Chapter 1

''Are you crazy?'' David Stern asked Hakeem Sarim, a scout for the NBA. ''You want to put a 16 year old kid in the NBA?'' David Stern looked like he was about to explode with anger. ''Sir, you haven't seen this kid play. He is the only kid averaging over 32.5 ppg, and 8.6 assists. This kid is phenominal. You know that the JFK High School in Cleveland is known for good Basketball squad's over the year, but this kid is better than all of them. Plus, I really think this will cause some good things for the NBA?'' Salim said trying to convence Stern. ''What are you talking about? How the hell can this kid bring more attention to this leauge?''

''It's fairly simple. We bring a poor kid from the ghetto into the NBA, you know, act like we are doing this for him and we will get major love by all of his community, and I'm sure most of the NBA fans are compassionate, so they see you, David Stern bringing in this no name kid that's life will probably go to hell soon and turn him into a star.'' Stern got out of his chair and walked to the window, looking out. ''But you know I can't stand High School kid's'' Stern reminded Salim. ''Sir, just go and watch this kid play. Or at least let me go out and tape a game of his tonight.''

''Alright, but if this kid doesn't show me anything tonight, I will never even consider this. You owe me one for this. Don't you know you have to be older than 16 to get in this leauge? Not only will I not ever re-consider this, but if he doesn't show me something tonight, your ass is gone.'' Stern warned Salim.

Meanwhile at the JFK High School, Caine and his team were preparing to go againtest their rivals, the Plymouth Big Red. ''You know we gonna lose tonight, right?'' Caine said to Jamaine. ''That's whats wrong with you. You never have confidence.'' ''I got confidence I'll be with your Mama tonight.'' Jamaine threw his towel at Caine. ''Hey man, you wanna make some money?'' Jamaine asked. ''Man your black ass ain't makin' no money. Sit down and shut up.'' Caine joked. ''Hey, fuck you nigga. Fine, if you ain't down to get this paper, I'll get it myself.'' Caine paid no mind to Jamaine who was sitting next to him. He was in his locker and he pulled out a picture of his Grandparents. He rembered that they were really in need of money. Caine was the type of kid that was very poor, and doesn't get all of his need's, so when he get's his hands on money, he will not share it. Unless it is for his Grandparent's. He would do anything for them. ''Hey man. How did you say we can get some paper?"

Nice story so far (Y). I'd bring him to the 'Cats because that's where he'd make the biggest difference, and youisaid in the story that the point of bringing him into the league was to make money on him being a star. He'd be a good leader for the Bobcats.

Nice start btw! What position does Caine play? Choose a team that have not very good players on that position and play him as many minutes as possible  (Y)

- Yeah I wanted him to go there, but I wanted to make sure he was on a team that the NLSC people want, and it look's like they are going with the hometown, Cleveland. Thanks for your opinion!

- He is a SG. And right now it look's like he will go to the Cavs, so I might trade Larry Hughes for a better player at a differant position. Any opinions on who to trade Hughes for if Caine goes to the Cavs? And thank you for the comment. I hope you like the story the rest of the way.

Its a tie now dude :P Personally I htink Bobcats would be mroe of a challenge which is better, if you want this kid to be a star then having him and Bron on the same team seems silly...

Fri May 26, 2006 1:55 pm

Looks like we got a tie between the 'Cats and the Cavs. So, tomorrow night when I post the next part of the story, whichever team is the highest will have Caine on their team.

Fri May 26, 2006 2:15 pm

I know I just posted a message saying I would update the story tomorrow, but now I am really bored and want to get some more opinions on it. Here it is -

After the gae that night Jamaine told Caine to meet him at Lexington Avenue at 11 : 00 pm. On his way there, many people stopped Caine to congradulate him on his All-Star performance againtest the rival team. When Caine got to Lexington, he relized Jamaine hasn't told him the house number.

He looked around for Jamine's car, but it was no where in sight. He called Jamaine on his cell phone ''J! Damn nigga where you at? I'm here on Lexington.'' Caine said. ''Oh my bad homie. I can't be there so you got to go on ya own. 127th Lexington Avenue.'' Jamaine explained the exact address to Caine. ''Ay man... Thanks for hookin' me up with this job. I really need the money.'' Caine said. ''Don't worry about it. We homies and I got ya back for life. Later.''

As Caine hung up with Jamaine, he found it weird that Jamine had not told him the guy he would be working with. Caine didn't even know what he would have to do for the money. You all probably know that when you live in a world of poverty and violence, some beleive you cannot get out. So they turn to what the majority of the population is doing - Drugs, or Gang Violence. But yet, positive people also live in the ghetto. They beleive that if they work hard, and stay away from the wrong crowd, eventully they can escape that life. Caine was not like either of these people.

He knew what was around him, and he knew he was the only one making the choice for what he was going to do. Sure, he got into trouble here and there because most of his friends were gangsters, but overall he was a good kid. As he approached the house, before he could knock on the door, it opened. A dark figure pulled him in and blasted his fist againtest Caine's face. Caine could barely see anything. But the light from another room helped him see the outline of the object the man was holding. It was a gun.

Yeah I voted for Bobcats. If he's a SG he will definitely play minutes as a player for Charlotte. Cavs has LeBron and Hughes so he would have more possibilities of developing into a superstar if he becomes a Bobcat!

P.S. Nice story so far but try to keep it to the point! I mean talk more about basketball  How the player feels about the prospect of being a pro player and all of that!

- Yeah, he is gonna go to the 'Cats. Also, good point in me keeping it in Basketball. But all of the thing's that are happening now in the story will really play a big part later on.

Sat May 27, 2006 9:03 am

Good writing dude (Y)

Sat May 27, 2006 11:24 am

Nice story-line so far and BTW I voted for the Raptors.

Sun May 28, 2006 1:17 pm

Damn. I was hoping that the 'Cats would win. But, it's all about what the people want and there seem's to be a thing with the 'Cats and the Cavs. So, whatever team has the most vote's by 12:AM (42 Minutes) will win, and will be awared with Caine Jones.

Sun May 28, 2006 2:18 pm

OMG!!! It's a tie again! Okay, the next team (Cavs, 'Cats) who gets another vote wins.

Sun May 28, 2006 2:29 pm

this is actually an amazing story. the cats would be a better fit because it would be a good homecoming him going back to cleveland to play the cavs.

- I agree! Good point man. Okay, he is going to the 'Cats, so everyone can stop voting now.

I am going to post his stats in a little bit. Also, I will be accepting NLSC people in this Dynasty, so if you would like to be in it please send me your stats and BIO. Also, just so you all know, I don't have the updated rosters. I just have the reagular rosters when the game was relased. I can on;ly accept 3 NLSCERS because I don't want to cut a lot of actual Bobcats players.

Well, I'd certainly join. ;)
