I always enjoy running fantasy draft dynasties for a while, but always end up yearning to see the changes in real NBA rosters- so I scrap it. I hope you can stick with it- good luck. (Y)

Hope this one is as good as the Lakers one.

5th pick? It should have been 30th..

....it's a fantasy draft. Why do you say it should have been 30th?

I think it would be more interesting to build the team with the 30th pick, not with 5th.
Anyway, Fantasy Draft sucks in Live 06

The Phoenix Suns selected with their 5th overall pick selected Dwyane Wade. In the second round they were lucky to get back last years MVP Steve Nash to their team. Other picks weren't so stunning, but still not bad...

Your team is not stacked. I like it
Also quite good bench, just need better SG

Nice draft! Who did the nuggets select?

better than wade ?? ... needs a SF

great starting guards, I like wilcox, felton's good, bogut will improve, korver's a good shooter, probably use him off bench though. The bench is so-so, some old guys there, good for getting cap space. I'd say trade off Dampier, his contract sucks and he's not all that good.

I hate fantasy drafts cause they never work out for me. I went all out on defense once and had pretty much the top defender at every single starting position and my team still struggled :|

I like your lineup... might be a bit weak on defense though and possibly the PF.

Yeha nice lineup, not too stacked, Wade and Nashty will be awesome (Y)

Big problems for the Suns...

Wade was trying...

Phoenix 111, Portland 114 OT

The Phoenix Suns were having major troubles in the game against Blazers in Portland.
The Suns couldn't rebound good at their own basket, Blazers took 23 offensive rebounds, of course Phoenix was working on that too cathching 18 of their 43 rebounds.
Both teams were working great on offense and deffense, but the biggest problem for the Suns was Ben Wallace and Dirk Nowitzki they both scored 30 points, cought 30 rebounds. Suns managed to play even till the last seconds of the 4th quarter, but Wade missed his last second shot and Suns had to fight without injured Chris Wilcox in the overtime.
They managed to fight and had a 5 points lead heading in the last minute, but after Banks to 3's and Ben's big dunk, Suns couldn't wake up and lost it.
Mike D`Antoni(post-game press conference):"Well we had big problems and we were unable to solve them in the game, we will be trying to prevent them at other games. I liked the first quarter, we managed to get it going and we controlled the tempo, but accidentally we lost it."
Dwyane Wade(post-game press conference):"I enjoyed playing with Steve, yes he's a great passer, but you know our big men weren't doing the job. Steve was catching boards, etc. I was trying to make that last second shot, but I felt big contact which probably wasn't noticed by the referee's."
