thanks all! i was really focusing on signing a good asst. coach, since he is the only staff that can upgrade a player, then my second priority was the trainer and last is the scout. i don't really listen to the scout ratings, when i pick a rookie, i focus on his ability to develop.. :D

anyway, i just did my nash-sig and replaced the previous one that i have of amare, tell me what you guys think, thanks!

Nice sig man, could you make one for my Knicks Dynasty? If you could focus it on Robinson, Frye & Curry because they're the future of the Knicks if not don't bother.

GM Notes
I left Amare Stoudemire at the center position because generally, he could create matchup problems against opposing centers and he is definitely a lot faster and stronger than most centers. Although I know that Kurt Thomas is a capable roster, I'd rather see him at the power forward position than be undersized at the center spot. I like him to start because of his defense and rebounding. Shawn Marion now plays his natural position where he is definitely a matchup nightmare against most small forwards. Boris Diaw could play the 1-5 positions, so I placed him at the shooting guard spot because there is no other spot left for him. Diaw is a very versatile player, capable to guard any position on the floor. Steve Nash, of course, is the playmaker here so he is at the point guard position.

About the bench reserves, I haven't really figured out yet which players to come off-the-bench first, so basically, I ordered them by ratings till I can figure out which players will come off-the-bench first since most of the games will be simmed.

Any suggestions or comments on the roster will be most welcomed.

Nice start, I´m looking forward to this one.

It might be nice to train Boris Diaw, to make him a playmaker, that would have style.

yeah, i've actually decided to train Diaw..i'll see what i could do to make him a playmaker, and yes, it would make him really stand out if he turns out to be playmaker.. :)

COACHING

GM Notes
I went on to have Boris Diaw trained on Offense Skills and Athletics. I want him to be a better offensive player, a better 3 pointer and develop his ball-handling skills. Since he can hold his ground on the defensive area (90 Defesive Awareness) I didn't put any time on training him in defense. Athletics because I want him to be faster and quicker, I want him to be able to run as well as Marion because he has the makings to be like him and to develop his stamina to be able to stay in the game much longer.

UPCOMING FREE AGENTS

GM Notes
My main concern is resigning Stoudemire by the end of this season, he's a very young player who has shown great talent and athleticism that is very hard to find these days, especially for someone with great size. Now, for the other 3, it really depends after a few months of play. Its gonna be either make a trade for them or resign them too by the end of the season. Most possible resignings of the 3 are (1)Tim Thomas, he has a 70 rating for this season, has developed really well during the pre-season training camp, he has the making of a great 6th man, but then again, he could definitely start for a few teams in the league. (2)Brian Grant, I don't really see him fit well into my system, but his defensive presence makes him stay with the team, he is a great back-up for Kurt, good rebounding and defensive awareness, has the same size as Kurt and is a strong player. Pat Burke, in my honest opinion, is the least to be resigned by the end of this season, he's not really a stand-out player plus he's age is a big factor (31) of not being resigned.
