LL: Hey fans and welcome to our weekly show called The Magic News. Im your host Lindsey Lohan and tonight we are starting with a interview with the Orlando Magics’ Coach Brian Hill. Hi Brian and welcome.

Brian: Hi, Lindsey

LL: Who’s the new general manager and wich was the last trade he got doned?

Brian: Well, his name is Ricky Ramirez and that trade he did was Tony Battie, Andrew Declerq, and DeShawn Stevenson for Clippers Cutino Mobley and Chris Wilcox.

LL: I guess he knows what he doing. Which was the reason for doing this trade?

Brian: In a practice that was effectuated last week DeShawn and Battie were on a discussion with Howard and Hill. We make some question around the roster and they told Ricky that they would like DeShawn and Battie out of our roster. We found someone who was interested for these players and traded them along with Andrew to Clippers roster for player I already told you. To be honest with you I really like that trade.

LL: Thank you and good luck on this season. Next, Carnell Williams keep doing big impact and Ricky is back, I mean Williams.

Hi fans this is Nick Anderson and tonight the Orlando Magics are facing the youngsters Chicago Bulls for the Home and Season Opener. Stay tuned and don’t be surprised at halftime because we have a great show. Lets pass the microphone to our analyst Richard Young. Well the key here is stopping Ben Gordon. I think he’s the heart of this great offense that Chicago haves on their roster. Other big key to success is getting the ball to Steve Francis, he’s explosive, haves a good passing ability and he can run, Nick. Thanks for joining us and now the game.

First Quater:
Chicago gets the ball after the tip off but Cutino steals the ball form the hands of Tyson Chandler and runs to a great 2 points fast break and 6 points in this quater. What a great way to say I’m back. Gordon gets on fire and makes 10 points. Howard tried to get the offensive foul but he injured himself. Chicago is able to get a 2 point lead and stick to it. The score is 25 to 23.
Image
Second quater:
After a great close quater Orland falls back to a 12 point deficit. Hinrich created 9 points from the 3 point area. Orlando’s bench star playing and Dooling makes 8 points. After a desperate timeout by Brian Hill Francis and Howard come back in to the game and now they cut the lead to just 2 points. Chicago was able to get 59 points thanks to Ben Gordon’s 26 points. The score is Chi 59- Orl 57.

Halftime Show:
“Wow, what a great first half, I hope the second one gets better. I have no doubt that this Halftime show will be the best Season Opener one in any city. But I’m impressed with those 26 points that Gordon did” said Nick Anderson.

“Ladies and gentleman get your hands up for Daddy Yankee!!!”

“Ella le gusta la gasolina”

“Del Reggaeton Latino”
“Daddy and Don Omar in a great Halftime Show, now back to the game” added Nick Anderson.
Third quater:
After a great halftime show Orlando got aggressive and make Chicago take a timeout after a 4 point lead for Orlando. Now Skiles told Gordon and Hinrich to attack from the 3 points area out ther. Orlando was trailing by 16 and took a timeout. Dooling and Francis decided to lead the offense and make the lead go down to 8 points.

Chicago 88, Orlando 80.

Fourth quarter:
While trailing by 8 the Orlando team got a great talk and also a great 10-2 run. That wasn’t enough for Gordon. He wanted to win and also Hinrich had the same idea. They built a 3 point lead with just 1 minute on the clock. Mobley was able to tie this game and 24 seconds now on the clock thanks to a impressive offensive rebound by Cato. With 11 seconds left, Deng was fouled intentionally. At the free throw line he got the first one and missed the second one. Hill takes a timeout and he will talk it over with his team. “Francis haves the ball, he gives it to Howard, Howard goes to the dunk and miss it. What, Oh Cato is able to tip back in and the score is 123-122 Orlando with the lead. Whit 3.8 seconds left, the ball is in Hinrich’s hand, everybody is nervous, he tries to go with the lay up but Cato blocks it and Orlando wins, Orlando wins, Orlando wins!!!!!”

36 points and 7 Ast.

18 points, 3 AST, and 2 steals.
For Chicago
Ben Gordon got 53 points and 3 AST.
Kirk Hinrich got 32 points, 7 AST and 3 steals.

Hi fans this is Nick Anderson and tonight the Orlando Magic are facing the rebuilt team of the Philadelphia 76ers. This team is really dangerous. They have on their roster Chris Weber, Andre Igoudala and Allen Iverson. John, which plays can help the Magic have another successful night? Well, with no doubt a thing that will help us is that Chris Wilcox do a job to repalce a injured Dwight Howard. Now Howard isn’t playing tonight and neither on Sunday against the Suns due to a strained half muscle.

WILL ORLANDO BEAT PHILADELPHIA WITHOUT HOWARD?
First Quater:
This games stars really aggressive with Cutino 4 for 4 from the 3 point area and 14 points. Also Chris Wilcox was really involved in the offensive production with 10 points. They got help on the defensive side from Cato with 5 blocks and 2 rebounds. From the 76xers side Iverson was active from the first second with 13 points and 4 assists. Orlando takes this one 34- 30.

Second quater:
After a complete first quater playing Mobley was resting on the bench, lets see how these can affect their offensive production. Dooling came in for him but he wasn’t getting good shots. Iverson got his 3rd foul was placed on the bench. Korver was the principal attacker for Philly with 12 points. Philly takes this one 59 to 50.

Halftime Show:
After a not so good first half the players are Cato and Iverson. Cato was this player because a great defensive job with 6 rebounds and 7 blocks and 6 points. Iverson got this for his offense with 21 points and 5 assists. Now the game’s second half.

Third quater:
After a short rest in the lockers Francis comes on fire and he make the Philly’s defense look stupid. He scored13 points and 6 assist, most of them to Cutino. Mobley did that too with 11 points. With Iverson remaining on the bench Green plays all the third quarter and increase the lead to 9 with11 points and a little help from C-Web’s 10 points.
Philadelphia comes again irresistible and takes this quater 91 to 86.

Fourth quarter:
A fourth quater really interesting. Both teams getting good looks to the basket and knowing how to use them. Iverson and Francis got 10 points on this quarter, Iguodala and Cato 6, Cato added 8 rebounds. But Philadelphia had butter fingers, I think that was the reason for loosing the ball in 6 turnovers. In the last minute Cato was really doing a good job with 8 rebounds and 4 blocks. That wasn’t all, he got the wining field goal again. The score was 119-118.Orlando gets a great star with [2-0].

For Philadelphia 76xers
