Charlotte, December 24, 2004 - Today the Charlotte Bobcats GM Shaun Callahan has announced that they have traded Desmond Mason, Wesley Person, and Gary payton to the Toronto Raptors for PG Raefer Alston, SG Morris Peterson, and PG Arron Williams.

This season Peterson is averaging 6.4ppg, 1.9apg, and 1.4rpg. His numbers may not look great, but all that is in only 13.4 minutes per game. Peterson will most likly start as SF as the Bobcats dont really have any other SF's.

Nice Dynasty man, you have a mix of the young and old which is nice...they can feed off each other. If you're looking for a consistent forward, try trading for Martell Webster. He's young and very good. Later...

Aright cool thanks, Ill try my best if you could help me with a deal for him then hell yea. I rated him a 70 in NBA Live 05. I want either him or Gerald Green of the Celtics. Thanks

Sun Jul 31, 2005 1:52 pm

Well the Blazers are over their cap space so it may take a while before you get him but try trading him for a player in your roster that has not yet found his niche. Webster can easily adapt because he's younger and as I said before...he's consistent.

Mon Aug 01, 2005 4:26 am

Ok here it is:

name rtg sal

Pterson - 63 5.00
Wade - 79 2.83
alston 62 3.5

BENCH

J.Hart - 51 1.5
Kapono - 53 620K
B. Knight - 52 5.05
A. Williams 53 5.85
Melvin Ely - 50 1.74

I DONT want to trade Wade. Alston I dont want to either but for Webster I will because I can run Wade at point and Webster at SG. only if theres no way trade Alston aright? Thanks

Mon Aug 01, 2005 4:39 am

Okay, this is a very nice start. Get me Webster's salary and rating and I'll come up with something. Sorry if this takes a while and its really bothering you but the more I know about these players, the better a deal I can get you. :)

I dont care if it takes a while Im glad your helping me. Ok Websters Sal is around 2.5-3 mil. And his rating is a 71. I know his Sal is around there but I cant check right now because my little brothers are watching Dawn Of The Dead on my XBox. Thanks I appriciate it.

O yea btw ill trade Okafor, but then in the C catagory I have no one. I could use Ely, but hes more of a PF and Aaron Williams sucks bigtime. And Im trying to trade Alan Henderson for an awful low sal player so I can free up 8 mil. So if you have an idea for that than let me know. It will have to be a team with atleast 8.2Mil free cap, and a player with a salary of around 385K-990k and a rating lower than 50. Thanks again

Mon Aug 01, 2005 9:52 am

Try trading Hart, Kapono and Ely for Webster...or you could trade Alston and one or two benched players (preferably Hart or Kapono) for Webster. As for freeing up ca space try striking a deal with the Milwakee Bucks...they usually have the cap room for such needs, trade for the lowest player on their team, release him and sign a better FA that better suits your needs. You could also trade for guys that have one year left of their contracts so during the off season you can release them off and clear some cap space for players you want to sign. Hope all this helps. :D

Mon Aug 01, 2005 9:57 am

One more thing about the Cs...best you sign FA Cs to a single year contract to see if they can play well or just to play the release them in the off season.
