Coach Jackson Ellis Legacy | USC - A College Hoops 2K series

This thread will allow you to follow my team's journey with Jackson Ellis as the Head Coach.

This series will not be approached as a real team in a fictional universe.
I am approaching this series as if 2K had continued to make College Hoops. This would be my experience playing that game.
I have created fictional menus and even made my own College Hoops 2K recruiting tool that can actually be used for those playing NBA 2K on any console.

The Beginning

I have decided to begin my school legacy by choosing USC Trojans.
I have hopes of building the prestige of the basketball program.
We have a great leader at the helm in Coach Jackson Ellis.
This is his first time in the head coaching position. Jackson Ellis should
bring a very big boost to our recruiting of talent as well as player development.

Today the preseason begins and Jackson Ellis will make his unofficial coaching debut against his old teammate from his time at UCLA, who is coaching the NCAA division II champions Lane College Dragon.

With USC having new players and a new coaching staff, the team is still getting to know each other. Learning to play together will be key for this team.
The team has modest goals in this 1st Preseason game. Team is learning a new system implemented by Coach Jackson Ellis.

This game was a very challenging game as Lane College was aggressive right out of the gate and pushed the pace.

The duel of the game was between both team's point gaurds.
Ultimately Lenny Livingston (USC) won the scoring battle with a game high 21 points.
Jackson Sharp (Lane College) was no slouch pouring in 20 of his own points, in spectacular fashion.

Ok, I have added some depth to this thread by adding more written material to each post.
I need you guys help me decide on my next post.

Should I do an in depth introduction of my starting lineup? I would give more background about each player in the starting lineup.

Should I jump into showcasing this years recruiting class?

With our first real look at game action behind us, it's time to take a look at the full recruiting class. There some very interesting prospect's at the top of the class but we may be forced to find a few hidden gems. This will be Jackson Ellis's 1st go at the collegiate recruiting scene and it is uncertain if his name will carry weight with this new generation of players that may not remember his playing days.

Upcoming Game: Home Opener / Official Season Opener

Next Game will be the Home Opener against the Stetson Hatters. Stetson University is a team filled with Junior and Senior players. Their team is quite talented with some young talent sprinkled in.

With the Trojans still adjusting to Coach Jackson Ellis's new coaching philosophies, they will need to minimize mistakes in order to secure a win

Before we jump into the home opener we take a look at our 1st recruit. Coach Jackson Ellis has recommended this prospect himself after seeing him play during the Summer AAU runs.

yeah I made use of two MyLeague saves for 1 series so that I could play against more team than default game allows.
