How about NAIA 2K?

Since the NCAA is being a bunch of jerks and we can't play an NCAA basketball game. Why doesn't someone create an NAIA basketball game?

Unfamiliar with the NAIA? Well, it's like the NCAA except it's more smaller schools. I almost committed to an NAIA school (Great campus) but then decided to go to broadcasting school.

I think the competition in the NAIA is under rated and it's still some great college hoops action.

I know it would be a risk because I'm sure a lot of people would be like "Oh God, what is this?" but if the gameplay is as good as NBA 2K, people will go on to love NAIA hoops.

Just a thought.

I think you'd also eventually run into the same issues with licensing and the schools/developers profiting off amateur athletes, who obviously can't receive any of the money themselves.
